ABOUT THE CONDO
Open the door with the eKey-card provided to you prior to your stay. You will find a comfortable and well decorated family room. The sofa accommodates 2 guest and the TV provides entertainment while you lounge inside the condo, cool, glossy tile floors, serene art work and a sleek, modern vibe.
The updated kitchen has everything you need. The cabinets, granite counters, and mosaic tiles create the perfect place for making a group dinners—just add some fresh, local seafood and you’re all set. Then head over to the modern dining table (seats 6) and enjoy a meal with friends or family.

Just off the living room, you’ll find an enclosed balcony with two swivel chairs and a small table with seating for 4. In the master retreat you’ll find a Queen bed with luxurious white linens, walk in closet. The en suite bathroom has a large walk-in shower.
A guest bathroom with a tub/shower combo is located beside the guest room with 2 twin beds that can easily be pushed together for a king, and a walk in closet.

Summary: Lovely unit that is super close to the beach (~2 min walk)! It's also about a 5 minute drive to the quaint little town of Lauderdale by the Sea. The unit was clean and had everything we needed for our extended stay. Property and surrounding area feels very safe. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a beach getaway. Thanks for having us, Sara!

Summary: Condo was is good shape for some things and off on others. Electric broom could not clean due to beater bar was full of hair, which we had to untangle and empty dust container. Sofa and pillows are filled with feathers and the pin feathers kept coming out of the pillows. Bedsheets are worn out, and do not fit well. Dust bunnies under bed and dresser of master bedroom, these may seem small, but at $200.00 a night, you would expect better.

Summary: My family and I enjoyed being in this apartment. Really close to the beach and in front of the pool. It had everything we needed for our vacations. Definitely, will stay again in it. 5 stars.

Summary: I visited Lauderdale-by-the-Sea with my 2 older sisters. We lounged, sat in the sun, swam in the pool, walked the beach, had some wonderful meals at home and at restaurants. The condo had everything we needed and is well set up. The decor is lovely and peaceful. My oldest sister enjoyed the little patio where she could close the door and enjoy a warmer temperature while the rest of in the condo stayed a few degrees cooler with the AC on. The kitchen had everything we needed and more.

Summary: Our stay at Serenity by the Sea was just perfect. The space was just what we wanted and conveniently located across from the beach, near local restaurants, running and bike paths for active visitors.
