This a good location if you have no car, walk out of the house and you are less than a minute to all the activities in downtown Silver Spring. It is located right next to downtown Silver Spring mall, 2 minutes walk to the Filmore Silver Spring and many other upscale restaurants, bars, movies theaters, 5 minute walk to whole foods market, etc. The property is just a 5 minute drive to the Holy cross hospital and it takes just 25 minutes by bus.
The metro station is just an 8 minute walk from the apartment, the downtown silverspring metro line takes you directly to downtown Dc. If you are an Intern, professional or Tourist this is perfect for you. If you drive there is a paid parking garage less than a block away from the house. Enjoy the privacy and comfort of the apartment, whether it be a day, a week, a month or an extended stay.

Summary: This was the perfect place to stay on my way back from a golfing in Virginia and Maryland. The owner was kind and gracious to of met me at the building and show me the apartments. I love the fact that everything was high tech and it was clean and spacious, I give it 10 stars and I hope to return back soon because it has the perfect location. Very safe and perfect proximity to hopping on the metro to see historic DC. Thank you again for a wonderful stay and I hope to back with you again in the near future.

Summary: Apartment was clean. Located in a good neighborhood and a short walk to just about anything you need including the metro (Red Line) which is a bout a 10-15 min walk. Plenty of parking garages close by. Clothes washer and dryer worked well. Good water pressure in the shower. Nice TV.

Summary: This place was absolutely stunning and exceeded all my expectations. The apartment was a perfect match to the pictures online, with elegant and modern furniture that created a warm and inviting atmosphere. Summary: Manager met us at the apartment to explain everything and had us check to see if we needed anything.. He immediately went to purchase washcloths and paper towels at our request. Very accommodating! Apartment was right downtown. Could walk to the mall and restaurants.
