Positive: The space was incredible. And the location, for us, was lovely.
Negative: We liked pretty much everything about the property. What really caused us major irritation and stress was the booking.com part. We waited for over 2 hours at the gate where we were told to meet the booking. com agent to hand over the key and she never showed up. After hours of trying to call booking. com on the number they provide and being unable to get through (even on a local phone), and sending numerous unanswered emails to the address THEY provided, we almost gave up. The concierge of the building, seeing our distress, tried to help and he couldn’t get through to booking.com via phone either. He told us he strongly suspected we’d been scammed because the concierges would usually have received warning of our arrival via email a few days before and they’d received nothing. Eventually, after trying every available number we could find, my husband got through to a booking. com agent in Spain who told us that the agent who was meant to meet us “couldn’t make it”. No call to us no warning, nothing. We loved the flat and at the end of our stay, asked if we could extend our trip by 2 weeks. Booking.com immediately ramped up the charges. which we paid. When we asked to extend our trip for another 2 weeks they ramped up the charges even more, and we declined and went elsewhere. What a counter-productive way to run a business. Instead of allowing tenants to extend their stay at a reasonable rate, booking.com and the owner have lost a certain 2 week additional booking with existing occupants and now have the unnecessary expense and inconvenience of finding another occupant, arranging for a key exchange again and attending to all the other admin that goes with it. Booking.com is ok for finding accommodation, but after that, you’re on your own. If something goes wrong, they’re almost totally inaccessible.
Summary: Lovely, spacious apartment, no complaints at all, except for the booking.com part.

Positive: The hosts and employees were kind. The apartment was clean and just as described! It has two bedrooms and two bathrooms so my 21 year old daughter got her own room!
Negative: There was a minor leak in the shower which really was not a bother and the sink fell, but we were still able to wash dishes.

Positive: The apartment is very clean,has Two bathrooms,equipped kitchen.There was hot water and heat throught the stay.Two minutes away is the 170 bus stop that goes to victoria.Near the apartament there are Two supermarketCo op,5 minutes away and Tesco 10 min walk.
