3 Bedroom Condo in Puntas, Rincon

This gorgeous 3 Bedroom Condo was built in 2011 and updated by a new owner in 2016. It is in the heart of Puntas, one block from Sandy Beach. There is a beautiful pool, with lounge chairs, gazebo, two bathrooms, outdoor shower, gated off-street parking, and grill for on-sight hanging out. It is also handicap accessible.
The home features a fully equipped kitchen, new cotton sheets and bedding, TV, high speed internet, two bathrooms, washer/dryer, all rooms have large powerful ACs (although with ocean breezes and ceiling fans you hardly ever need them) and excellent WIFI coverage; the kitchen is fully equipped with utensils, cookware, and condiments.
The home is decorated with original and local art; and comes with snorkel equipment, boogie boards, pack and play, stroller, and high chair free of charge. There is also a front sitting area with Adirondack chairs and table.
The master bedroom and 2nd bedroom has a queen bed, and a the third bedroom has full bed on wheels, with a twin bunk above it. There is also a futon in the living room which provides additional sleeping for larger parties if previously agreed to.
When you are ready to venture out, you are only one block from Tamboo, kitty corner to Casa Verde and Rock Bottom Grill, and a short walk to Casa Islena restaurant. The house is lovely and the location is perfect. This unit is great for a family vacation, romantic getaway, or a surf trip.
For an additional fee, I have a full quiver of high-end surf boards that are available for guests (9'0 Becker; 9'0 Rusty Gun; 9'1 McTavish nose rider; 9'0 Robert August high performer; 8'4 Soft-top; 7'4 Ashton fun board; 6'4 Twin Fin that can ride like a long board; and a 6'1" firewire).

This 3 Bedrooms Condo provides accommodation with Sports/Activities, Barbecue/Outdoor Cooking, TV, for your convenience. Summary: The condo is only a 50 meter walk to the beautiful and uncrowded Sandy Beach. All supplies for cooking at home were provided. The bedrooms where very comfortable and it was easy to get a good night's sleep

Summary: This condo was perfect for our family stay in Sandy Beach. The place was super clean and we loved that we could walk to the beach and restaurants. The pool was also very nice to have and the communication with the property manager was easy and helpful. We will rent here again for sure!

Summary: We really enjoyed our stay here. The location is perfect - just one block from the beach and within 3 blocks or less from a coffee/smoothie shop, a burger/taco shack, several bar/restaurants, and 2 souvenir shops with tshirts and locally made items. The local atmosphere is laidback with a lot of surfers. The beach was large and clean, with large waves, but there is a rip current so caution was necessary when venturing further into the water. The condo was clean, and well stocked with kitchenware, towels, and beach chairs. The pool was directly in front and was lit for night swims. There is a gate mainly to protect the parking, which can fit 2 cars per condo. Ines the property manager was nice and responsive.

Summary: This property checked all the boxes for our family’s needs. We were close to the beach, very comfortable in our rooms, they had beach gear available and also surfboards to rent. The property manager was fantastic and gave many recommendations for the area.

Summary: Adam's property is one of our favorites to stay at. The location is perfect, right in the heart of Sandy Beach! The condo has everything you need...and more. The condo is extremely clean, shower has consiststant hot water, the kitchen is fully stocked with all the things you need, including seasonings you may forget if cooking at home, plenty of cookware and dishes. Ines is a delight and so attentive to every need. Adam and Ines are very easy to communicate with and readily available for any of your needs. My husband and I had another wonderful stay at Adam's property in beautuful Sandy Beach!
