4 Bedroom House in Hampton Falls

A beautiful place to gather for a Seacoast vacation. The home is 6.2 miles from Hampton Beach or a 5 min. car ride. The house location is on a secluded road 3 mins from exit #1 in New Hampshire. It is very easy to access the highway. Explore Maine, Nh and Ma seacoasts within 20 minutes from the house . Spend a day at the beach and return to a cozy family home to BBQ by the pool and have a fire in the fire pit. The house is decorated for comfort. All beds are made with premium bedding and the family areas offer a great atmosphere for sharing time with everyone in your party or retreat to small places around the house set up for reading and relaxing. A double sided desk equipped with a printer is located in the living room next to a bright open window incase you do need to bring work. The home provides and open concept kitchen and family room which opens to the back yard pool area and fire pit. French doors open to a screened in sun room with set up for dining for 8 poolside. The second and third floors provide the bedrooms.

Summary: I had an amazing stay at Laurel’s property. My partner and my friends all were able to relax and unwind. We had a fire every night and swam all day. Everything was clean and beautiful. The perfect spot to spend quality time with the people you love.

Summary: This is a beautiful home and property, and Laurel was terrific throughout the whole process. We are a very young family, with four children under age 10, but this home is great for any and all ages.

Summary: The house was immaculate and beautiful with plenty of space and rooms for everyone. The pool was a delight to enjoy along with a great yard for games and activities. The host were very accommodating and were great at communicating! Would 100% rent here again.

Summary: The pictures do not do justice to what the home is actually like, for the house surpassed any expectations we had when entering the home. The house was beautiful with enough room to give each other space but come together in the great room. It was as if we were at our own private retreat but close enough to the beach or shops. The pool was the favorite for it was refreshing and the patio was a place we spent a lot of our time. The week was a great restful vacation for us all in a beautiful place.

Summary: Very comfortable home with lots of pluses! Our family enjoyed staying here for a nearby wedding. Plenty of room for everyone to relax between wedding-related events throughout the week. Very close to the beach, but with a lovely pool in the backyard, didn't find the need to spend much time at the beach! Everything was clean in this spacious, well-kept, nicely decorated home. Plenty of cookware and great appliances, but we didn't bother, with many good restaurants within an easy drive in several directions. Owners friendly and helpful. This was the perfect place - everyone loved it!

Summary: This property has it all. Great open kitchen to family room so you don't miss a thing while boiling lobsters. A living room with a piano a and a reading nook.
