Welcome to our lovely and newly furnished 4 bed 2 bath vacation rental located in Royal Ranch, Surprise
This bright single-story home, comfortably sleeps 8 (maximum 5 adults) with a king bed in the master and queen beds in the other 3 bedrooms. The private backyard boasts a heated spa and pool, barbecue and covered dining area perfect for a family gathering or group of friends. For your little ones, there is a playground adjacent to the house.
There is something for everyone in the house or a short drive away. For Spring training enthusiasts, Surprise stadium, home to the Kansas City Royals and Texas Rangers, is less then a mile away. A short drive (20 min) will take you to Camelback Ranch, Home of the Los Angeles Dodgers and the Chicago White Sox.
Spend a day at the wildlife world zoo, aquarium and safari park (home to more than 6000 animals ) or check out the hiking trails in the White Tank Mountain Park. For golfers, the opportunities are endless including challenging championship courses. Grocery stores are close by and there are many good restaurants as well as excellent outlet shopping.

Summary: This is a delightful home! It is clean and comfortable. It is well furnished. The outdoor area with the pool and hot tub made our stay particularly enjoyable. The landlords are kind and gracious and went out of their way to make our stay the very best in the 12 years we have been wintering in Surprise. We highly recommend this home.

Summary: This property is clean, in a quiet neighborhood with space to move around. The heated pool/spa were a plus as the weather is on the cool side for AZ. Communication with the manager was quick and A+. We loved the area so much we are thinking of booking the property next year!

Summary: We loved the pool and hottub! Golfed most days, or pool side. Hottub every night was awesome. Comfortable beds, and nice having a large washer and dryer. Outside grill was used a lot! Plenty of room for our additional guests. Henry was very quick with answering any questions that we had. 5* for him! Hopefully we'll get back here next year!

Summary: Stayed here for a week in July for summer baseball at the Royals/Rangers fields - splitting this stay with another family. We had 8 people and it never felt crowded. Kitchen, dining area, and den all connected and open. Den with couches and TV was super nice. Kitchen was on the better side compared to many other places I've stayed. Outdoor grill was used a few times and pool as well. Location was perfect - near baseball fields, Fast food, Frys supermarket and Costco just 5 minutes away. Booking, communication, check-in etc all great. Owner was responsive when we asked about pool lights and evening timing. I would not hesitate to book here again
