Summary: Home location was fine, close enough to everything. Parking is definitely an issue if you have more than 2 cars. We were in town for a hair show and brought out team with us, so we had 4 cars. Driveway is very small. Pool was dirty and pool deck was filthy and sticky to walk on. Management was very responsive but nothing was done about the pool, so that was a little disappointing. And 85 to rent a grill for 1 day use, seemed a little excessive to me also. Good house if you’re in a pinch, but I think there’s better value out there

Summary: This house was a 10 out of 10 for us. Owners were very easy to communicate with. Check in was easy, and this house is right in between Disney and Universal areas. 15 minutes to either. We would definitely book again.

Summary: The place is very nice , it’s a quiet place and the house is very comfortable ,but too much hot , in the day is good , but at the night it’s looks like a hell , we can’t sleep, so we always awake tired , the cleaning is terrible, bathroom was terrible, the sheets was smelling very bad , so I can said good words about my stay !!!!

Summary: House was the perfect size for our family to enjoy. House needs a few updates and beds are very uncomfortable. Overall stay was good and allowed for us to relax and enjoy theme parks.

Summary: Home gave us all the space we needed. Small improvements would be bedding needs to be updated. Living room furniture needs to be replaced and more basic home essentials( laundry detergent and tissue was not provided as listed). Other than that stay was great.

Summary: The house was very clean, had plenty of towels,wash clothes and beach towels for the pool. To heat the pool you will need some warmer nights so it can heat up during the day. The heater will only heat the pool about 10 degrees above the temp outside, so just keep that in mind. King master bed was comfortable. The house is in a sub division and all the homes are close to one another we were thinking that it would be loud but to our surprise it was quite. We walked the neighborhood and found state parks to walk almost every day. The house is close to Publix and other places to visit just be aware of the time of day to travel the traffic is busy. An outlet mall that’s 3 miles away will take 30 min to drive. If your use to traffic it’ll be no big deal. The owners are super responsive and are willing to help in any way they can if needed and if anything comes up they were very good at letting me know. If your planning on staying a while as we did and if you choose to take a short cruise it’s great as we chose to. The port is about 1.5hr drive. It was nice to drive and just hop on a boat for a cruise and not worry about flying in the day before or worrying about flying back home. The game room is in the garage so you’ll park outside. We were hoping to have a garage to park in, but if that’s not an issue then your good. The one thing I’d have to say is that if it’s a larger group staying in the home there’s really not a lot of sitting room but I know to some that’s not an issue.
