4 Bedroom House in Sandy Ridge, Davenport

Fully equipped vacation home located at Davenport FL, just 20 minutes away from Disney, Universal Studios, Sea World and other theme parks. This family villa has a private pool, game room, 4 bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms, may welcome up to 10 family members and friends. Both master bedrooms are furnished with king size beds and a private bathroom for each, the third bedroom has two single beds and the fourth has four bunk beds. The last two rooms share a bathroom. TV are available in all the rooms.
The space:
A good size and bright lounge will welcome you after a day of outside activities. While relaxing, you can enjoy a magnificent view of your private pool. Flat screen tv will give you the opportunity to view a good movie to finish your evening in style. A kitchen where you can cook an excellent meal for the family is connected to the dining room. The kitchen includes everything you will need to cook. It is also equipped with a microwave, dishwasher, fridge and oven. A window in the dining room will give you a good view of the pool and SPA during your meal in good company. Why bringing too much clothes when you can have a washer and dryer for your convenience on site. A laundry rack will be available in order to dry your pool towels outside. The laundry room is equipped with an ironing board and an iron. For entertainment, the garage has been converted into a game room. You can have fun with your kids and friends while you are home. To enjoy outdoor pleasures, a patio set is available by your private pool and SPA which are at outside temperature. ( The pool heater cost $30.00 extra per night if you need ). A screen completely covers the site of the pool and will keep unwanted insects away by beautiful warm evening. Also the house is included central air conditioning, Wi-Fi internet, a basic package is offered with various tv channels and each room is equipped with a tv. We have two parking spaces in front of the house. For young children, we have at your disposal a high chair, two booster seats and two small strollers. Pets are allowed with extra fee of $25.00 per night and the house is non-smoking.

Other things to note:
The pool and spa can be heated upon request for an additional charge of $30.00 per night. If you would like pool heat, it must be confirmed prior to arrival and booked for the entire stay. The pool heater will be set up to turn on automatically in the morning around 8:00 AM and switch off late at night around 10:00 PM. This schedule is set because electric heaters work by pulling heat out of the air, which cannot be achieved at night when the temperature drops below a certain threshold. As such, your morning swim will likely be a bit chillier than in the late afternoon. Cool nights will inevitably result in a colder pool the next day, and dramatic drops in temperature may also prevent optimal temperatures from being reached. The spa will heat up faster when the two switches on the wall are turned on, which will cause only the water from the spa to start heating. You may have to wait at least 20 minutes for the water to reach 92°F. Don't forget to turn off both switches after use. If you would like to have a barbecue, we have a gas grill available for your convenience for an additional charge of $50.00, including the propane tank. After use, please clean and store the grill back in the garage, otherwise, there will be an extra charge of $35.00. Pets are more than welcome to stay in the house for an additional fee of $25.00 per night/ pet. The house is non-smoking, so if you're a smoker, please smoke outside of the house and use the ashtray provided. There is a $100 fine if these rules are not followed.

Summary: Enjoy our month long stay This home has everything you need. I have stayed at many holiday rental homes and this was the best equipped home I have ever rented. Well worth paying the pool heat fee. The pool was at a constant 35 degrees. The pool stays on from 8am - 10 pm which is perfect for using the hottub in the evening Pictures in the listing are spot on. I wouldn’t hesitate on stay at this rental in the future

Summary: A comfortably decorated and well appointed home. The pool and hot tub was a 4. Clean and easy to keep up. Definitely a rental one would like to rebook for next visit to the area. We were able to meet the owner, as he was replacing some light bulbs when we arrived. He took us on a mini tour of the home and showed us how to use the hot tub and TV. No serious glitches, but owner was quick to answer text messages. But, all good things come to an end, wish we could have stayed longer...I miss it already. A great experience.

Summary: House is just as shown and described. House was nice and clean. Pool area was fine with a clean pool and hot tub.The house is close to all Orlando attractions, which was realy nice.The beds creak a bit too much and pots and pans need to be updated. But over all we really enjoyed our stay and the heated pool.Marciel was responsive and forthcoming regarding all our guestions and requests. which helped us relax and enjoy our stay even more.

Summary: This property was amazing! We had plenty of room for the 6 of us! The pool and spa was exactly what we needed at the end of a busy day at the parks. The owner was fantastic and easy to communicate with. I highly recommend the property for any family vacation! We will definitely stay here, the next time we are in Orlando.

Summary: From initial booking until the day we checked out Marciel was great keeping us informed and quick to reply to any questions/requests we had. Getting in on check in day was very easy. The villa it self was very clean and tidy we had a wonderful time, we all enjoyed time in the pool and our eldest son enjoyed the games room.

Summary: We loved the game room and pool for the kids. Rooms were spacious with plenty of space for clothes and luggage. The dinning table was perfect to fit us all! The only complaint is I was unaware you needed to bri g your own toilet paper as they only supply 1 roll per bathroom and you're not allowed to lower the AC below 70 degrees. Other than that the home was beautiful and the owner was very kind and attentive!! I would go back to this home.

Summary: Our family rented this place over spring break, and drove down from Wisconsin. Our goal was to have. a relaxing time and enjoy the pool, hot tub, and game room. Pro's: Check in process was easy and owner communicated well. Checkout process was also easy and didn't have ridiculous stipulations like some other VRBO rentals Ive seen. House itself was clean and spacious. Kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans, utensils etc. Appliances all worked Garage game room was nice and kids loved the xbox and the bball hoop. Pool was nice and was clean and the Night time pool lights were great. Screened structure was intact. Also had safety net to prevent kids getting to pool at night,etc. Neighbors were quite. We did pay for the heated pool which worked well. Cons: Neighbors very close Pool furniture could use updating - pvc pipe bases with cushions that were ripped/torn Pool area could have used a sweeping or powerwash to make it cleaner Advertised a charcoal grill, but upon arrival it was a gas grill - and were told had to pay to fill the propane tank if wanted to use..was disappointing since bought and packed charcoal for the trip, and didn't want to pay to fill a whole tank of propane for grilling once or twice. Pool guy did show up yon Wednesday to clean/check pool. although he was efficient, feel we should have been made aware ahead of time... Neighborhood didn't give the safest vibes but didn't encounter any issues during our stay. Disney is fairly close which could be a perk, but there wasn't much else to do nearby Overall had a good stay, place pretty much as advertised.

Summary: This home is very clean and well equipt. It has everything you could wish for. We have been staying in homes in the area for the past 10 yrs and this home by far has been the nicest of the lot. The pool was wonderful. We felt very safe staying in this home and the neighbourhood was very quiet. The owner was very helpful and contacted us immediately upon our arrival to make sure our stay was enjoyable. We would most certainly stay here again.
