Summary: The location is perfect - right on the river with views of the beach and ocean,. Quiet despite being in Parte Vieja. Spacious rooms. Nice view from balcony. Friendly and responsive owners. If I could make it even more perfect I'd upgrade the internet, which could be unstable occasionally. Nice kitchen but barely used it with the gastronomic delights of Donostia just footsteps away.

Summary: We had a wonderful holiday in this beautiful town in spite of the changing weather. The choice of the appartment could not be better. At first due to the welcoming warm-hearted owners who are ready to help at once and the second to its privileged location in the old town between two beaches. Both of them are nearly at the same walking distance as well as the shops and famous pintxos bars. The appartment is well equipped and offers even more than you need on holidays. A great advantage is also a parking lot which is available for renting if you arrive with a car. So highly recommended.

Summary: Jose and Elena were very friendly and wanted to make our stay enjoyable. Which is was. They are truly super hosts. We enjoyed the view from the bay windows. Zurriola Beach on 1 side and Parte Vieja on the other. The kitchen was equipped with more than we needed. Including a fantastic Spanish olive oil. Walked to all the beaches, Parte Vieja, Monte Urgull, Museo San Telmo...all around town. Bus #16 goes to Monte Igueldo, otherwise a rather long, uphill walk. Friendly hosts, super location, comfortable accommodation... .

Summary: The apartment is in a great location - close to Zurriola beach, the Gros district, the Parte Vieja district and Monte Urgull. Owners are very nice and eager to please. We felt very safe in the neighborhood and building. It was wonderful being so close to many shops and cafes.

Summary: Our week in San Sebastian at Jose's apartment was perfect in every way. The location in San Sebastian's old town is perfect, and is at the quiet end of the street with a view over Zurriola beach. Everything is within five minutes walk, while the noises of the late tapas bars are not heard, so you can sleep well, hearing the waves. I suggest using the taxi from the bus station, as parking is quite limited in the area, and no car is necessary, since everything is nearby. Tapas bars are plentiful, and close by, and Jose recommended some excellent ones for us. It's near the San Telmo museum, as well as La Brexia market, easy to get groceries for your stay. The apartment is clean, has a lovely kitchen, and all amenities, along with closet space to store everything. Jose is such a gracious host, and was so helpful in communication both before and throughout out travel planning, and he even took us on a short walk to get oriented in the neighborhood on our arrival, including a nearby shop with the best chorizo, ham and cheese. This is an amazing vacation apartment, and one we plan to return to for many years. Wonderful!

Summary: The flat is very clean, comfortable , well equipped, spacious and very close to the city's main attractions and transport links if you want to explore the surrounding areas. The hosts were very warm and welcoming.

Summary: Perfect location! Very kind host, nothing to complain at all. i am very surprised when i arrived at the entrance of this condo. beautiful and there is concierge. The rooms are anough large and very clean, with the most-updated IH cooking heater. it commands a good sea view, 3 minutes walk to dbeach, 1 minute walk to the old city center. there are many tastey restaurants, supermarkets around this condo. you should to stay at this condo in San Sebastian!!

Summary: Nicely appointed, the apartment has plenty of room for a couple, the kitchen has everything you could want, the place was quiet and clean, and the building well maintained. The listing gives an accurate representation of the apartment. The location is perfect, being in walking distance of just about everything you could want to see and do in San Sebastian. And Elena and Jose are perfect hosts. They even took me out for pintxos (that's tapas in Basque) and have excellent recommendations of places to eat. And when a problem developed with the toilet, it was fixed within an hour. I would not hesitate to stay here again and would definitely recommend it to family and friends. I liked San Sebastian. It is a small city, with some very pretty boulevards, beaches and neighborhoods. Its reputation for good food is well deserved. I would, however, recommend you skip the cement museum (Museum Cemento Rezola). It sounded offbeat enough to be fun, but it was limited, with many of the descriptions not in English and too much hype about the concrete company that built it. I took two walking tours organized by the Tourist Information office, one about San Sebastian's history and the other a food tour that included sample pintxos at three restaurants. Both were interesting and worthwhile.

Summary: The apartment is situated in one of the best possible positions in Donostia / San Sebastian. It is modern, comfortable, neat and supplied with everything that’s necessary. Elena and José, the proprietors, were very kind to us and helpful in any respect. All in all: We had a very nice week in San Sebastian and we can recommend the apartment of José and Elena as a very appropriate initial point for anyone who wants to get to know Donostia and its surroundings. Summary: Jose Maria and his wife Elena are super friendly and helpful. The flat is very quiet, but within footsteps of the heart of San Sebastian. You also have a nice view on the surf beach so you can check on waves without leaving the flat. Also there is a garage, which you have to pay extra, nevertheless super convenient! Top flat, great value!
