Spacious Apartment with balconey. Fully air conditioned in beautiful Spainish village. High speed wifi also. Close to Guardmar beach. Also close to waterpark and there are various golf courses in this area that have hosted professional PGA tournaments. They are Villamartin, Las Ramblas, Our apartment is a mirror image of our beautiful home in Ireland. Leather suites, beautiful finish, spotless clean as my wife is a fanatec about cleaning. We have full UK satellite TV, DVD player. We have wifi with great speed. We always eat out in the balconey as the weather is always great. The place is a home away from home.

Summary: The apartment has everything you need and is very comforable. It is close to some very nice Spanish restaurants and about 2 min walk to a good supermarket. The village is quite, very Spanish and is about 15 from the nearest beach. I would certainly recommend this for a quite, relaxing destination.

Summary: The apartment was spotless and very modern looking. Bright and spacious. Set right at the edge of a beautiful old Spanish village with lots of places to eat and drink for very reasonable prices. The pools are great in the complex and the complete roof is a great hideaway for sunbathing . Beach only 10 minutes away in guardamar .

Summary: We booked with only a day's notice and Kevin was quick to call us back and make all the arrangements. This took the pressure off to allow us to make our flight bookings. Karl met us at the property when we arrived in the middle of the night and showed us in. The property is modern and clean and the block was very quiet when we were there. The apartment had all the facilities we needed. We used the pool which was simple and fine for us. We are climbers and used the apartment as a base to travel to the various mountains and crags around Costa Blanca and it worked well for us. We were really pleased to get such good value at the very last minute and would certainly stay again.

Summary: The apartment was exactly what we hoped to find. Well equipped, clean, plenty of space for 2 ladies with a bathroom and bedroom each. I would recommend staying here. Possibly quieter than would be normally as we stayed over the Christmas holiday, so many local people were away, quite a few businesses were closed. Although too cold for dip in the pool, the sun shone most days, and we could sit on the roof sunbathing in our shorts, with lovely views to the distant mountains! We enjoyed bike rides along a cycling/walking track which follows the course of the Rio Segura, and saw lots of Hoopoes along the river banks (for any fellow birdwatchers out there!) You can go to Guardamar, and in the other direction towards the mountains. A good alternative to swimming when it's not too hot. Local villages of Rojales and Benijofar have nice bars and cafes. Hiring a car from the airport is ideal, although a good map or sat nav would help of course! It is very convenient for beach, even out of season it was beautiful and well worth a visit. Kevin was very helpful when we made our booking, so thank you!

Summary: Just home last week from our holiday went away with my 6 year old daughter and my partner. The apartment is very modern and spacious. Two separate bedrooms and two bathrooms which made things a lot easier. The kitchen has cooker and washing machine which was excellent with a lovely balcony to eat on or great for drying clothes. The two shared pools have plenty of space the owner has deck chairs that you can bring down to the pool. There is mixed nationally living there we found mostly Spanish at pool and some Polish kids but all very nice and friendly. Right out the front is 3 bars and two of them serve food too. Went every night to benimar it's 15min walk away with about 15-20 restaurants. After dinner every night we went to El mondos because our daughter loved the karaoke and they'd machines for kids to play on and win stuff. For during the day I would definitely recommend hiring a car it's only 15min drive to guardmar beach and to aqua Park. One of the locals who are British said you can hire a car from the airport for about €70 for week. Taxis can be very expensive so it's a bargain to hire a car for that cheap and the roads aren't too busy. Also one day we took trip to benidorm cost €10 return took about 1.5 hours on bus brilliant day out pick up 9.15am and you get collected to come back at 5.30pm there's also a stop for the theme park in benidorm. We also went to great grand design house about 20min drive was excellent we did quad biking at it and yakaking at it but you can just lounge round the big pool and lots of British kids go there so great family day out. We went to rio safari Park would definitely not recommend it was €50 in with discount and you'd to pay extra for go karting €20, camel ride €8 etc. Overall we had an excellent time but if you've young kids with you the car makes getting about so much easier. Thanks again for a great stay most comfortable accommodation we've ever stayed in abroad.

Summary: We stayed in this beautiful Apartment for 7 days in June 2013. Decor beautiful, very roomy with 2 bathrooms and 2 showers. The little village is beautiful and gives you a real feel for old Spainish village. As its not touristy the prices are so cheap. You would struggle to spend 30.00 euro for a meal for 2 and drinks anywhere in the village. Local to beautiful beaches a 10 minute drive away, water parks, and a safari park also. I intend going back there as it was lovley.The ease in booking and the guy who looks after place was very helpful and great pointers of were to go.
