This stylish apartment in Formentera del Segura, has an open plan lounge-dining area, fully fitted kitchen with fresh water drinking system, two bedrooms, one en-suite and a bathroom, WiFi, air conditioning, Wi Fi TV, DVD with large library of titles, balcony and communal swimming pool with children's area. Formentera is a lovely Spanish village with a traditional church plaza, a good selection of bars, restaurant, cafes and shops, an outdoor swimming pool, sports area and a small weekly street market. The Rio Segura river runs past the village and here you will find on a little island, the El Molino Natural Park with its watermill, picnic tables, barbecues, bar, large stage were fiestas and events are held all through the year. With a 15/20 minute leisurely walk along the river Segura walkway you come to the town of Rojales, here you find the La Marquesa Golf Course, also the fantastic "Cuevas del Rodeo" white cave houses carved into the hills and mountains and the Parque Aquatico water park, a great day out for everyone. Walking across the river bridge and through the lemon and orange groves you come to the village of Benijofar, an area for great tapas bars, fine dining restaurants, parks and of course its lovely square surrounded by houses and cafes opposite the church. Benimar sits between Rojales and Benijofar and is the area with something for everyone, restaurants and bars galore in a lovely setting. International food for all, Spanish, British, Chinese, Indian, Mexican, Italian are just some of the restaurants and you will find some very good entertainment as well. Guardamar del Segura and its wonderful blue flag sandy beaches are a ten to fifteen minute drive away.

Summary: We enjoyed our stay and the property. The apartment was very clean and tidy and plenty of towels and bed lines available. Also worth noting is that there is a larger pool just up the road for a very small charge and this has a lovely cafe/bar as well.

Summary: We loved our stay in the apartment,very well equipped with everything that you would need.Good location with a few restaurants and bars also hereadades and benijofar a short walk away.Mick the agent was very helpful and sorted any problems out.Would definitely recommend the apartment and will be going back.

Summary: Well cleaned and had everything we needed from cool box and lounge chairs for trips to pool or beach to washing up liquid. Would definitely stay here again if we ever return.

Summary: Located on the edge of Formentera del Segura, this beautiful apartment was ideally situated with spectacular mountain views. The apartment was spotless and everything had been thought about with the guests in mind. We can't wait to return later in the year and highly recommend.

Summary: The apartment was great, we have just stayed there for a week while visiting family in the area. We arrived around 8.45pm local time and we met Mick at the apartment and he let us in and gave us a quick show around and let us know which keys we needed for what. He also said we were welcome to contact him if we needed anything. The apartment was well equipped with everything you might need; crockery and plates in the kitchen, towels and sheets for the beds and there were some toilet roll and hand soap left for us to use before we got to the shops. The apartment was so clean. It was on the second floor and had lift access which was right outside the front door. We never had a problem parking our hire car on the street. There is a bar/pub type place literally around the corner but we didn’t go in. It’s about a 5min drive from the shops such as Mercadona and Consum supermarkets and also nearby to Benimar where there are several cafes and restaurants including Chinese, Indian and a McDonald’s! Overall, I would highly recommend this apartment for location, cleanliness, facilities and good communication with the hosts. The price was also very good and very competitive compared to other similar accommodation.

Summary: Lovely 2 bedroomed apartment on the 2nd floor with lift access. Very well equipped all round, like home from home . Nice balcony to sit and watch the world go by. The swimming pool is at the bottom of the road and gets the sun all day . We spent 10 days in the apartment and did not want to come home . Thanks Joan and Mick for the use of your lovely apartment

Summary: We have just returned from a lovely week in this apartment. The place is spotless! It has really comfy beds, a well stocked kitchen, a gorgeous pool and the most stunning view from the balcony of the sunset over fields and the mountains in the distance. Guardamar beach is only 15mins away and we also enjoyed drinks in Formentera square every night which is really quite charming. From the start, Mike and Joan sent great communication about their place and arranged everything perfectly so that we just had to turn up and enjoy our break. We will definitely be returning and thank you both for a lovely holiday! :-)
