New to the rental market, book a week away in Green Harbor ~ Marshfield at this newly renovated, super cozy beach house.
This home is the second to last house on a dead end street in beautiful Green Harbor. Views of the Marsh and the sunset at night are amazing!! Walk past a few houses and you are on the beach. Green Harbor Beach (Burke's Beach) is a short walk to the left, and Duxbury Beach is to the right!
Bring your bikes, kayaks or golf clubs! Ride or walk to the Green Harbor General Store (The Genny), the Green Harbor Lobster Pound (best lobster roll and fried seafood) or the Coffee Shack for a coffee and freshly made donut! All are local favorites - you will not be disappointed!!! Take a quick drive to Brant Rock and enjoy the many indoor and outdoor dining options such as Haddads, The Venus, The Jetty and the Fairview.
About the house....fully equipped kitchen with dine in table that seats 4 with an additional 2 seats at the high top counter. Living room has an L shaped sectional and a flat screen tv. Small seating area with 2 chairs and an end table - perfect for morning coffee! Bedroom # 1 has a queen size bed and plenty of storage in the closet. Bedroom # 2 has a full size bed with a twin size trundle bed under. Sun room has a sofa which pulls out to a full size sleeper sofa. House has central air-conditioning as well as a washer and dryer.
Enjoy the fenced in backyard and have a BBQ with friends / family. Picnic table and grill are provided. There is also an outdoor shower.
Plenty of parking in the driveway (6 cars or so)

Summary: My wife and 2 kids (6 & 3) have stayed at this property two years in a row. The house is clean and has all the amenities you need (central air, nice yard, grill, comfy living room, and a sun room). Owners are very communicative and answered any questions we had quickly. The best part, of course, is the beach! During low tide the sand is less than 100 yards from your doorstep. The beach itself is very kid friendly, clean, and just all around awesome. We will be back next year!

Summary: Great time. Everything matched well to the listing. Check in and updates were seamless. I loved the key-less lock for the door. Clearly the beach works! Appliances are modern and the AC works perfectly. I give it 5 stars.

Summary: We had a wonderful week in Green Harbor! Bernadette and her daughter were wonderful, very responsive and made sure we were settled and ready to enjoy the week. The house is nicely decorated and comfortable, and was well stocked with nice appliances, every cooking and kitchen supply you would need, even paper goods, towels and bedding. The house is on a quite dead end street and there is a beautiful marsh view from the front of the house. There was also a great backyard, grill, table and outdoor shower! This gave our family a great outdoor space to play and hangout. The beach is a short walk down the street. One thing to keep in mind is that during high tide the water crashes on the rocks and there is no beach, but a sandy beach during high tide was a short walk down the street. This house will seem like a “home away from home” and is in such a great location! We would be happy to return for future visits!
