Summary: Great view, nicely furnished and setup apartment. Perfect location to walk around Coconut Grove. The heated rooftop pool was large enough to do laps an also had great views. The kitchen is small, but very useable. The bathroom is very clean and a nice size. The bed was big and comfortable. Would stay again.

Summary: The building is in a quiet, beautiful area outside the bustle of Miami. My husband and I wanted somewhere walkable and laid-back prior to taking a cruise. Coconut Grove is exactly that, and the accommodation does not disappoint. The apartment is perfect for two people was exactly as listed and shown in the photos and is comfortable. The pool area is very pleasant and an ideal place to hang out with great views of the area, The shops and restaurants within quick and easy walking distance are perfect for brunch and a little bit of shopping. The free tram a short walk away is an excellent option for seeing more of the local area. PADL have a kiosk close by if you want to rent paddle boards during your stay. Communication with the owner was delayed at times, but check-in was seamless, particularly as our flight arrived after midnight. We would stay here again, and recommend this apartment if you don’t want the crowds and business of other Miami areas.
