Summary: Pest problem. Found a huge dead cockroach right by the front door as we walked in and another one in the bathtub, so made us wonder if this place was even cleaned before we came in. Brought it up to the host and asked if this placed was treated and cleaned and he just mention how his cleaner must’ve missed it and apologized. That’s was not a very reassuring answer. Don’t know how one could miss a dead roach right in front of the door as you walk in. We were here for a wedding so we didn’t have time to find another place for the week and throughout the week we stayed there we would find roach droppings and occasionally find some other type of bug crawling on the walls.

Summary: This was our first time in Miami and it did not disappoint. The location was perfect, getting to the freeways was easy. They had everything you need including a little cooler that was perfect for us to take drinks and snacks with us. The neighborhood was on the border off some very expensive properties so we had no worries about any hinky people. Bert and his wife were very kind and east to communicate with. Would stay here again!

Summary: The house was just as described! Lovely clean little quaint place, perfect for our stay. Bert could not have been any more helpful! From the start of our stay until the moment we left, Bert done everything he could to make our stay as perfect as possible. Even lending his beautiful dog to our 10 year old for a cuddle when she was missing ours at home!!!! We would most definitely stay again if we come back, and completely recommend the lovely little blue house and its wonderful host. Thankyou again Bert! We hope to see you again 😀
