3 Bedroom Villa in San Pedro, Los Encantos

Villa Del Mar is a Gold Standard Accommodation, meeting the highest standards of health, safety and sanitization services and is on the approved list of hotels as "Los Encantos Villas" (the name of our private 4 villa site). It is located just over 4 miles north of San Pedro town and is a short golf cart ride to Secret Beach which is on the west coast of the island. Day trips can start right at the end of our dock and can be arranged by our onsite caretaker or our local management company Reef Management.
Our villa is a fully equipped 2 storey home. The villa features 3 king bedrooms with ensuite, one on first floor, two on ground floor both with ensuite with an additional bunk room for children up to the age of 14 .
There is a newly enlarged fully equipped living area which features a kitchen complete with brand new eye level cooker and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer and dishwasher.
The spacious lounge and dining area embraces the Belizean culture whilst providing all the modern comforts of home.
The seaview balcony sets this house aside from the rest as it features ocean views which you can enjoy whilst relaxing in a hammock or rocking chair. It also features a 4 seater table which provides the perfect outside dinner setting. There is nearly always a gentle breeze coming from the sea and there is nowhere better to sit and read, watch the world go by, or take a nap in the hammock! There is also internet if you do need to stay in touch with the outside world!
There are 4 villas on site surrounding a saltwater pool. There are loungers and chairs beside the pool and several others around the property, some under the shade of a palapa.
The flats outside the property are home to resident Bonefish. There are always numerous wading birds foraging for food as well.
Villa Del Mar really is a home away from home in paradise.

Summary: Our stay was more than we had expected!! The home and grounds were beautiful and very well appointed!!We felt like we had the property to ourselves! So quiet and peaceful... besides the 30 mph winds but the wind was part of the adventure :)Our snorkel trip with Ali Adventures was amazing! Saw so much sea life snorkeling and so exciting swimming with the sharks... just don't let the guide talk your teenager into letting them use your iPhone to film underwater... great video we got to see before the phone croaked. I-phones are not salt water proof. OOps but all is well. Our dinner of grilled grouper and veggies, mashed potatoes and the impossible cake was so delicious and enjoyed by our whole group. The house was very comfortable and lots of areas for us all to spread out and enjoy our time. Our booking and planning flights and things was great. There were a couple of snags but easily remedied and carried on!! We will be back to Villa Mar when we get a chance to visit Belize again.

Summary: My family of 6 stayed at Los Encantos for 3 days over the New Year's holiday and while the weather wasn't great, the property and the service was. The property manager and caretaker took care of all of our needs, which included food deliveries before we arrived, transportation to/from the airport and coordination of our golf cart deliveries. Based on the property, the location and the excellent on-site team, I would highly recommend Los Encantos for any single or multi-family vacation.

Summary: Property was awesome very well kept. House has everything you need for cooking or just hanging out. Harley is awesome and very knowledgeable about what to do and contacting excursion people. Clinton and the excursion group was great. Also Harley’s wife makes some excellent dinners if you just want to stay in. Taxi to and from airport all included and the golf cart was waiting for us at the property. They just made everything flow..

Summary: Amazing Property! Beautiful, Clean, Well-equipped, Private, and those Ocean Views! To top it off, the amazing team of Harley, Nevia, Vicky, Kristie and Janice that took care of us and helped set up everything form our first night dinner, golf carts, seamless transfer from Belize City airport to our condo, laundry, where to eat and explore, etc... Summary: The house was perfect for our girls trip. Very spacious and the kitchen was really well stocked. The hammock on the deck was absolutely perfect for sitting in while watching the sun rise. The pool is literally steps away from the house which is so convenient. The property managers were awesome setting up our flights from Belize City and our golf cart (you definitely need a golf cart) as well as hooking us up with a tour guide to snorkel and visit Caye Caulker. Carly and Vicki do an amazing job of keeping the house and the grounds in perfect order. We would absolutely come back to Los Encantos!

Summary: Los Encantos was everything we could have hoped for and more. Our villa was perfect for 3 couples to share. Harley and his wife were amazing. The villa has everything you need. It’s clean and comfortable. The view is stunning. Highly recommend you booking with Ali mermaid adventures, they made our trip memorable one. There is even someone who delivers breakfast burritos to your door step in the morning! We will be back.

Summary: Beautifully managed property with an excellent staff. The grounds around our villa were gorgeous and Casa Del Mar was perfect for our group of 3 couples. We all thoroughly enjoyed our first time in Ambergris Caye. We will definitely be coming back here to stay again.

Summary: From the time of booking, we were impressed with Los Encantos. We had never traveled to Belize and Kristie Rodriguez from guest services really helped us out by promptly and kindly answering all our questions. Thank you!! And, the poperty was even more beautiful than the online pictures! Harley took such great care of the property and all our needs. With the the pool, beautiful palapa and pier right there, it felt like we were on a luxury island with beautiful views from the upper and lower decks. Finally, the recommended boat trip with Clinton was well worth the money. Great vacation all around!

Summary: We had such a great time! My husband and I were with 2 other couples. I loved the view from the top porch-very relaxing. Vicky was sweet and Harley was very helpful. The men loved to fish off the dock and even caught some bone fish. It was very windy for a few days and Harley kept the beach very clean.The beds were comfortable and having Vicky give us clean towels was great. She even washed and folded some of our clothes! I wish we could of stayed longer-10 days went by too fast.
