Summary: This is the second year we've come to Florida to celebrate with family. The location is within walking distance to where we need to be. Views are breathtaking. Property is well maintained and secure. It's definitely a place we'd visit again.

Summary: Very quiet and your own oasis. There were six adults and a one year old. The master bedroom was super spacious with the office part that we were able to use it as a separate room for our sons pack and play. We spent most of our time out on the enclosed back porch where we all fit best. The cottage was well stocked with necessities such as spices, toiletries, paper products, and trash bags. We were in town for an event at The Freedom Factory and had a large car trailer towing two cars. We had ample parking and it was an easy in and out.

Summary: We celebrated my mother’s 80th birthday at the cottage. The backyard and screen porch was perfect for our gathering. The lake was spectacular! The cottage had comfortable beds and plenty of parking spaces for our 10 guests. Kitchen had everything needed to prepare and serve food. Anna Maria Island is 30 minutes away. Many groceries stores and restaurants are close by. The property’s location is quiet and beautiful.

Summary: This property is fabulous! Beautiful inside and out, and incredibly clean. The owner was super fast in replying to any questions we had, and VERY good at communicating about things that were going on around the property. It’s close to gas/grocery, but is a private oasis for your group. I wish I could give it more than 5 stars!

Summary: It was nice having a place with plenty of space rather than a typical condo. Lots of room for my boat and trailer. I was really pleased when my wife kept telling me how much she liked the place. I always look for a place that has a nice sunset view as we like to sit out and have a drink in the late afternoon and evening, and this place definitely has it. The "lanai" (screened in porch) was very cool, and the location was convenient to the surrounding area.

Summary: Property owner was very helpful, delivering a new grill and putting up a Christmas tree for my grandkids to enjoy. Despite weather and travel challenges we were able to enjoy the cottage.

Summary: My family and I traveled to Bradenton for the Thanksgiving holiday. The home did not disappoint! Everything was perfect. The kitchen had everything that I needed (and more) to pull off a full Thanksgiving meal. It was clean and comfortable. The view from the back lanai was spectacular and the property itself was a park-like setting. It was private and peaceful. I just loved everything about it. We will stay here again on our next trip to visit our Floridian family members. Thank you so much to Steven! You are a 5 star host!
