Finca Can Det is nestled in a valley full of orange and olive trees, between the highest peaks of the Tramuntana Mountains, at only 250 metres from the centre of the charming village of Biniaraix.
Here you enjoy the total tranquillity while the highest peaks of the Tramuntana Mountains around you create a stunning scene for your unforgettable holiday.
This traditional newly built stone house is set amid an olive grove.
In the house's interior, terracotta floors, thick exposed stone walls and wooden beamed ceilings give it a genuinely Majorcan character.
Entering the property via the stone terrace, you get to the open-plan living-dining area and an open-style kitchen with a large island.
The lounge room is a relaxed space with comfortable sofas and satellite television. The kitchen and dining space are fully-equipped, perfect for spending lovely evenings dining with your family or friends.
Passing a small corridor, you will find two bedrooms, both en suite and equipped with air conditioning. The first offers two single beds, and the second a super King bed.
You will also find a small toilet with a washing machine on the ground floor.
The large plot mostly planted with typical Mediterranean plants, bushes and olive trees has access through a private gate and there are parking places for three cars.
Behind the house, on a bit elevated position, there is a pool terrace, where a set of sun loungers invite you to sit back and soak up the sunshine, overlooking the leafy valley below.
This incredible pool terrace is an idyllic spot from where to admire a stunning panoramic view of Sóller and the mountainous peaks.

Summary: We had a wonderful time in Can Det. We used every opportunity to sit by the magnificent pool, a piece of heaven on earth, peaceful, secluded and one with all the beauty and sounds of nature. The setting, the home and the surrounding village were just what we had hoped for to decompress. A very special place....which we definitely hope to return to very soon!

Summary: What a great location! The photos do not do this property justice. The views of the town and mountains are stunning, it is so peaceful sitting by the pool. The house is beautiful and was well equipped. Ania was there to show us everything when we arrived. It is a very short stroll into the village where the bar and café were welcoming and the food was fantastic. It is an easy 25 min walk into Soller where you can get the tram to Port Soller or Palma. You can walk to Fornalutx in 20 mins where there are lovely restaurants and bars. Be brave when driving as the roads are VERY narrow around Biniaraix and Fornalutx (book a small hire car!) . We would definitely stay there again and will recommend it to our friends. Pamela, Martyn, Amy and Matt UK

Summary: This villas was exactly what we wanted, great views, traditional, spacious and peaceful. It has various seating areas which were perfect when spending the day in and out of the sun. The rooftop pool is stunning and added to the unique atmosphere. Ania was on hand at all times and a great agent helping to sort minor problems immediately. We will return.
