Positive: This villa is paradise! A superb location with a fantastic and inspiring view of the surrounding mountains. The accommodation was very comfortable. The gardens were beautifully kept and the large, private swimming pool a great attraction! A short drive to Soller and Fornalutx made this the perfect holiday and we wish to return next year.
Negative: Nothing. It was all a great experience
Summary: A perfect location in which to relax and unwind in beautiful mountain scenery and peaceful serenity.

Positive: The house is very nicely decorated and have nice furniture and details. The pool is a great size and very nice to use. Located in a beautiful small village close to hiking trails. The house, pool, decoration, quality, and view was overall fantastic… The negative part has more to do with lack of information and communication resulting in bad expectation management.
Negative: We arrived in the late afternoon and the pool was still not ready for guests. In the evening the pool lights didn’t work which we informed about early next morning. The communication about it was very slow and a couple of days later we were told that it maybe would be fixed the last day of our five day stay, we didn’t want that because it would ruin our last day at the house and wouldn’t give any value for us so we never got to use the pool in the evening with lights. Also the jacuzzi in the pool don’t work which is also not advertised as a facility. An ugly fence in front of the (almost but not infinity) pool which ruins a very nice view. Also no dishwasher. The house has a lot of ants, and not just in the kitchen were we have food (which we never left out) but also in the bathroom in the toilet and in the bedrooms, in our clothes and suitcases, and on the outside dining table. In our booking confirmation it said check out at 11am but we were told it was a mistake and was 10am. They insisted and we were promised a small reward for the mistake, we have not recieved anything yet. We stayed at three different villas with pool in Majorca (Ses Salines and Canyamal) and this one was double price but with facilities not working.
