This is a new high end, 1200 square foot two bedroom, two bathroom (one three piece and one four piece), executive condo with a den (which does have a wall (Murphy) bed. It has a large open area and a full, well stocked kitchen with fridge, stove, microwave, dishwasher and stacking washer and dryer. There are two amazing decks taking advantage of the gorgeous view. There is also a large walk-in-closet in the master bedroom. This condo could comfortably sleep 6 people (there is an additional guest fee for the 5th and 6th guest - refer to the quote for that). Both bedrooms have queen size beds and the Murphy bed is also a queen size mattress. (Please note that the den does not have a door, but has a privacy screen). Pets are allowed, but must be on leash outside and well behaved. There is no partying or loud running around within the condo as it is located above a health care clinic. The condo is not wheelchair accessible. You enter into the condo from outside, but then must ascend an inside stair case.
The condo is located in the north end of Nanaimo near Woodgrove Shopping Mall on a main thoroughfare. The condo is within walking distance of Superstore, Starbucks and local restaurants.

Summary: This condo was extremely clean … fully equipped… lacking nothing! Totally enjoyed our stay! The condo did get warm…air conditioner does need replacing! Centrally located… easy access to grocery store, pharmacy etc. Thanks again for sharing!
