This 3-4 bedroom, 3 ½ bath home has an eclectic mix of old and new items collected from all over, making it feel both comfortable and sophisticated. We've worked hard to provide everything you could want or need in a vacation home.

The longer version...
We have a new HVAC system and whole house water filtration system, both replaced in late 2022.
All beds have wonderful mattresses, toppers, and linens. The kitchen has a large single bowl farmhouse sink, stainless appliances, and a high-end 48" double oven gas range with built in griddle and grill. We have beautiful bathrooms with Carrara marble showers.
On the first floor of the home is the main living area. The living room has a large sectional, two swivel glider chairs, and a 65” smart TV. A large desk sits behind the sectional, just in case you need to get some work done while you’re here. Off the main living space is the large oceanfront deck with 4 Adirondacks, 2 tall lifeguard-style Adirondack chairs, a dining table with seating for 4, and a private boardwalk to the beach with awesome beachfront benches.
The kitchen/dining area has a dining table with seating for 6+, plus two additional seats at the bar.
A hallway leads to the half bath, then the first king bedroom and bath. A smaller bonus room across the hallway has a 55” smart TV and queen sofa bed with memory foam mattress. This can either be used as a 4th bedroom or 2nd TV room.
Upstairs is a laundry closet with full-size washer and dryer, plus two more bedrooms and baths. The queen bedroom has a built-in window seat, with a twin cot-sized memory foam mattress serving as the ‘cushion’, so this can easily be used as an additional bed.
At the end of the hall is a large, king bedroom and bath, with a private balcony directly overlooking the ocean.

Outdoors...
The ground level has a large, enclosed outdoor shower, fish cleaning station, and charcoal grill. There are 3 Adirondack chairs outside, and an all-weather cornhole game. There's a nice breeze under the house most days, so it's a great spot!
We have several low-sitting beach chairs and beach toys in the shed for our guests to use. We also have both tennis and pickleball equipment.
Fishy Fishy has sweeping views of the ocean in both directions. We are a short walk or bike ride to the clubhouse, where you'll have access to a fitness center, swimming pool, and a tennis court. A fantastic family pool, located in the Plantation's 'Resort Village', is approximately 2 miles away, but well worth the extra distance. Additional tennis & pickleball courts are tucked away in a gorgeous spot near the entrance, and miles of bike paths and nature trails are located throughout the Plantation. The gated entrance has 24-hour security, and a private airstrip is just two miles from our home.
