7 Bedroom House in Brookfield

On two acres, our stunning lakefront retreat is perfect for group gatherings, corporate retreats, and family reunions.
There is an outdoor heated pool, dock (both pool and dock are accessible in season), paddle boards, kayaks, and an expansive deck of more than 1,500 square feet across the entire second floor of the house.
The lower level bottoms out to the pool and backyard with an uncommonly flat walk down to the water.
Indoors, there is an arcade with two driving games, skeeball, air hockey and a pool table.
There is a gym with a bicycle, treadmill, full wall mirror, and weights.
Upstairs in the loft there is a brand new state of the art theater with 2 rows of stadium seating for 8 plus window seats on either side and even an old fashioned popcorn machine and concession stand area.
Two of the bedrooms, including the master which has deck access, have stunning lake views, the loft bedroom has a view of the pool and partial lake view and the front bedrooms look out onto the trees, which are particularly colorful in the fall.
Located on the quiet cove of Lake Lillinonah, we are in a no-wake area which also freezes in the winter to allow for ice skating and ice fishing. The house and the surroundings are stunning year round.

Summary: Had the best time with friends here! Gorgeous house with a gorgeous view. We all had lots of fun using the movie room and arcade games in the basement. Didn’t want to leave!

Summary: We had an amazing wedding weekend - beginning with rehearsal dinner at this incredible house! Then wedding day - we did first look and vows on the dock! Day after wedding we had the entire family back to enjoy another beautiful day. The house is absolutely perfect. The views are amazing and the property is breathtaking. Could not have been more perfect. Worth every penny to be able to house so many people comfortably! Thank you so much!!

Summary: This house was perfect for our group stay in February. We play in youth hockey tournament at a school near by and this house is excellent for our team to stay and accommodates the entire team!

Summary: We really enjoyed this spacious home in its beautiful setting. The many bedrooms and bathrooms accommodated our 11 adults/ 2 children family very well. Everyone loved the heated pool which we used even in the rain, the game room with fun activities for “kids” of all ages, the well-organized kitchen, large dining room, and the theatre with its great seating and terrific sound system. Beth was a wonderful host responding to questions whenever we needed answers. Maybe next time the weather will enable us to use the lake also! A great family place!

Summary: If you re looking for a house in this price range and location, you cannot go wrong booking this property. And even if it is outside your budget, you won't regret it. The house is large and wonderfully spacious...the grounds are well kept and the lake setting is beautiful and relaxing. We never saw or heard from our neighbors, so if you're looking for a modicum of privacy, you've got it. There is literally everything you need here for kids and adults...(even an electric piano which was super for us as we are all professional musicians!). Our family reunion was a great success, thanks in large part to Beth herself, who was ALWAYS available to answer questions and handle one minor snafu we had upon cking in, (which she took care of immediately, sending a person out to the house within 35 minutes, to rectify our issue. We have rented houses for years for our family get-together, mostly with VRBO, and I would have to say this one is tied for first place in my opinion. I could go on and on, but I'll close with saying, Beth is the most professional caretaker we have dealt with and, everything in the house was in order and clean. Bravo, Beth!
