Discover a true gem nestled in the Northeast SD Glacial Lakes area with amazing views! This 5 bedroom, 3.5 bath lake home on Clear Lake has spacious rooms with plenty of activities for everyone. Three bedrooms on the main and 2 bedrooms in the walk out basement. Comes with 225 feet of shore front and a private dock during the summer months.
Clear Lake is a quiet, peaceful lake that is great for all recreational activities and some of the best fishing around. Enjoy the views of the lake and beautiful sunrises from the large raised deck overlooking the water. The fishing is always great right off the dock! Roast marshmallows over the fire pit or play bean bags in the yard.
Also comes with pool table, kayaks, canoe and paddle boat for additional fun! The kitchen is fully furnished with fridge, stove, dishwasher, coffee pot, microwave oven, crockpot, all cooking utensils and dishes you will need and a Pit Boss (suggest bringing own pellets). High chair and playpen for little ones. Lower level has fridge and bar sink. Washer and dryer and laundry soap available as well.
This is a perfect place for families or fishing and hunting groups all year long!

Summary: This is our second year at the house and it was excellent as usual! I can’t stress enough how great it is to have two full refrigerators for such a large group. This year we utilized the small beach by the boat access and that added a great experience for the littlest kids! The lake is awesome - so clean and fishing was great as usual. The house is incredibly clean and the kitchen is so well stocked we didn’t have to bring any extra supplies. Love this place!
