Summary: This property is ideal for a group of guys to use as a home base for duck and pheasant hunting in northeast SD. With a fenced in yard for your dogs and plenty of room, it was perfect. The host was responsive and kept in touch, even notifying us of pending inclement weather. I would definitely stay again. Eden SD is a neat little town with a restaurant/bar that people travel from all over to visit.

Summary: We travel to this area of South Dakota every year to visit family over the July 4th weekend - this house had all we did for this visit. Plenty of space, great location to the rest of our family, and in a quiet area. The house had everything we needed to cook and the space to spread out and enjoy the time we spent at the site.

Summary: From plates and silverware to towels and spices, it was stocked. We stayed with 2 adults and 4 kids with plenty of space. The sunroom was absolutely wonderful to have. We will definitely be staying there again.
