Guest full size bathroom. All bedrooms and living room have smart TV's with You Tube TV for local network channels. Full size kitchen is fully equipped with necessity's as well as a Keurig coffee maker with a variety of k-cups, blender, toaster oven and waffle maker. Dining room table that seats 4 with additional seating at the sofa bar table. Full size washer and dryer also available for your laundry needs. Central air conditioning to keep you cool during the warm Arizona days and nights.
Resort like backyard with refreshing pebble tech pool (unheated) and four comfortable chaise lounge chairs with cushions. North/South home sun exposure so there is always sun in the backyard or you can relax under the covered area or oversized umbrella. There's a large artificial turf area for back yard games like cornhole, bocce ball and skee ball. Propane BBQ for cooking outdoors and a firepit for cool nights.
This charming home is perfectly located with all your favorite shopping, restaurants and supermarket's, all within a 5-10 minute drive.
