Summary: We had the most wonderful week filled with lots of swimming in the lake, grilling on the bbq and great family time! This property is even better than the photos, everything is so clean and new. We can't wait to come back! Well worth every penny!

Summary: We celebrated our 50th Wedding Anniversary at your beautiful property with our children and grandchildren. We all thoroughly enjoyed our time From the first moment the grandkids ran around exploring the property with excitement, that energy & enjoyment remained as we played games around the spacious property and spent time at the boat house with challenges in the water and on the trampoline, or just lounging. The additional building allowed for some quiet times too with people spread around the property. Cooking meals was easy with the very well-equipped kitchen and large dining tables both inside and outside. Our time went by quickly, and we would highly recommend your hospitality. B&C G. PS. the only thing that was missing were clocks in the bedrooms, and this was only because we had small children that we wanted to keep in their bedrooms longer in the mornings!

Summary: Our family stayed at this great property for the last week of summer'20 (much needed get away for obvious reasons...) together with two other families all with children. There was plenty of space to spread out and enjoy some solitude while at the same time, lots of activities and water sports to keep us all active and in the water. The boathouse is truly world-class and one of the nicest on the lake and offered a fantastic spot to spend the days relaxing and watching the children enjoy the water. It also includes beautiful sleeping quarters and kitchen which only made the days even more easy and enjoyable. Evenings were enjoyed on one of the spacious decks overlooking the lake and then by the beautiful fire pit. All of the buildings of top quality, clean and well appointed and Steven is very accessible by phone or text should you have any questions needing his attention. We look forward to enjoying this great Lake Muskoka property again!

Summary: What a fabulous getaway for Covid fatigue. The location is amazing and the cottage is exactly as advertised. ( i.e. 5 star accommodation ) Each of the outbuildings are superbly outfitted and deciding where to sleep was not easy as they are all beautfully decorated yet maintaining that cottage feel. We definitely highly recommend this cottage and look forward to our return in the future.

Summary: From top to bottom the whole process and property was perfect. We booked the cottage for a family reunion with 10 adults and 2 children, and there was more space than we even needed. Steven was very quick to respond to any questions we had before we booked and while we were there. The property was exceptional, even nicer than the photos! The quality of everything, from the buildings themselves to the linens and amenities was top notch. The property is quite vast, it easily fit our families giving everyone enough space to themselves as well as plenty of places to gather. The many water toys were greatly enjoyed by the kids, a fun perk. Overall, it’s an exceptional property with a very responsive and helpful host! We hope to be back again next summer!

Summary: This was the second year in a row that we rented this property for a meet up of California, New Jersey, and Maryland friends. In total we were 3 families; 6 adults and 5 children ranging in age from 11 to 15. In the main cottage there was plenty of room for us to share meals, enjoy game and movie nights together, and take in the lake view from the deck and screened in porch. The kitchen was well equipped and we easily prepared nightly meals for the whole group. Between the main cottage, boat house, carriage house, and bunkie, there were comfortable beds and bedrooms to spare, and space for privacy when one wanted to break away from the crowd. The property is beautiful, with stone walkways to the dock and a treed shoreline. The location on the lake is fantastic. The house is on the mainland across from Grandview Island. The waterway there is less choppy than on the more open parts of the lake, with long straight runs that are perfect for water sports. The ski boat we rented from a local marina got a real workout, as did the water trampoline and paddled water craft that belong to the house. The water off the dock was great for swimming and paddling around. All of our families agreed that this is the best group accommodation we have found and an unbeatable vacation spot. We are hoping to return next year.
