The studio is a completely self contained unit with a separate entrance from the patio. It is equipped with a small fridge, coffee maker and microwave. Patio, pool, gym etc are all available to guests.
Large studio with a walk-in closet, dressing area and bathroom with a tub and separate shower. Big California King size bed, flat TV, double desk. Hardwood floors and big glass sliding doors to the back yard with pool, barbecue and private gym.
Quiet residential area and prime location in the heart of Santa Monica but with easy access to the downtown with numerous restaurants, movie theaters and of course the beach. Within walking distance to the trendy Montana Avenue with many one of a kind boutiques, excellent restaurants, coffee shops.
The studio is attached to the main house. The property has a large back yard with a built in barbecue, pool (not heated) and gym, all are available to guests to use.
Street parking is very easy and always available next to the house. Check in and check out is flexible.

Summary: We were in town to see our daughter perform in USC's opera and needed a place to stay for just a few nights. This place was great. Very comfortable, spacious, clean. The room could use another comfortable sitting chair. The bed was a bit too firm for us but we made do. The bathroom was great! The shower is a bit small, but nice. Our daughter visited and used the tub (since her tiny apartment doesn't have one), and loved it. Aviva, our host, was wonderful! The backyard/pool area was very relaxing. We got to watch a hummingbird building its nest. The pool wasn't heated, so we didn't use it, but we weren't there to swim. The small gym in the pool house was nice.

Summary: My husband and I stayed here 4 nights and really enjoyed the accommodations and neighborhood. The host was communicative and made sure we had what we needed. We appreciated the espresso, water, and fruit. We’d love to come back when it’s warmer and utilize the pool! Overall, this was a very nice stay and will recommend to friends and family

Summary: We had a wonderful time during our stay. The hosts were incredibly nice and accommodating, and were excellent about communicating check-in instructions, parking, and how to checkout. It was a beautiful property, and was very clean upon our arrival. Overall, we really loved staying here and would absolutely recommend it to anyone visiting the LA/Santa Monica area.

Summary: I had a fantastic stay at Aviva’s beautiful studio! From start to finish, she was friendly, communicative, and incredibly helpful, making the entire experience seamless. The location couldn’t have been better—just steps away from great shops, restaurants, and cafes, yet still a peaceful and relaxing retreat. The studio itself was cozy, comfortable, and beautifully designed, with everything I needed for a perfect stay. The outdoor space was a wonderful bonus, adding extra privacy and a charming atmosphere. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Santa Monica!
