Summary: The property was in a great location for us. Just 2 blocks from our relatives. Room was clean and all amenities work out well. The communication was great, the owner checked in with us to see if we needed anything and was very responsive. I would highly recommend the property

Summary: This bedroom/bath is as advertised. Great location, very convenient to some good restaurants and stores. A stiff walk to the ocean, but that's OK. One recommendation. The lighting in the bedroom is harsh. There are no bedside lamps for reading. I did appreciate the little fridge. It served my needs perfectly. Paula Evans

Summary: My stay at Contemporary Suite in Santa Monica was lovely. The room and bathroom were as pictured and described. Everything felt clean, fresh, and new. The bed was very comfortable. The property was lovely and relaxing. Parking was always easy to find, despite the time of day. Elian was always easily reachable. He contacted me a couple of times to make sure that all was well. I felt very taken care of. Couldn't ask for a better situation. Thank you, Elian and family, for hosting me.
