A brand new villa complete with swimming pool, built to a high spec standard and set in large landscaped gardens. The property is tastefully furnished and very spacious. Only a minutes walk from the sea. Located in the beautiful and prestigious Atlantic Shores area, the property benefits from a safe and friendly neighborhood. Barbados Golf Club is just 5 minutes drive away, the airport is 10 minutes and the world renowned Windsurfing and Kite surfing Club Mistral, is just 5 minutes drive. Consisting of 3 double air-conditioned bedrooms (the master with En suite) and a family bathroom. Downstairs is open plan and airy with TV and DVD, a fully fitted kitchen, with washing machine, drying machine, cooker & microwave. A very breezy veranda looks out over pool area and the landscaped gardens. Maid service is provided twice weekly.

Summary: We had a lovely time at Kites. The house is in a great location to access the south coast surf beaches and wonderful Oistins. It is well kitted out and the cooling plunge pool a welcome relief after a hot day! Great hosts too

Summary: I cannot say enough positive things about our stay at Kites. There was great communication with Tim and the property manager Michael both before and during our stay. The house is in a quiet neighborhood where we always felt safe. Everything we needed for our stay was provided at the house. The pool was the star of the trip for our 4 and 5 year olds - 6 am swimming was the best! We will definitely be staying at Kites again in the future!

Summary: It was hard to find this location as it is surrounded by a really bushy area. Finally when we arrived the property was just as seen in the pictures. The A/C unit in 2 of the bedrooms were broken. Contacted the host and he sent someone out and it was replaced the next day, which was nice. The pool was small, It was dirty with grass, small bugs and whatever else blows in. Having no cover is probably why this happens. So we only used it once. They did say someone would come clean but no one did. It would be helpful to have a net or something to clean it for ourselves. Another suggestion is for extra towels and linen. There was 4 of us, and 2 of us had one set each, and the other 2 of us had 2 sets of towels. For a 10 day stay this just wasn’t enough. Apparently there was extra in a closet in the house but it was locked and the host didn’t know where the key was. There is a washer and dryer which is lovely. If you’re a family of 4 be sure to bring extra toilet paper, there were 2 rolls in each bathroom, but island toilet paper rolls don’t hold much and also bring paper towel. The location is about a 10 min drive to Miami Beach and Oistins. The hosts met our needs the best they could and we would definitely return. Thanks Micheal and Tim!

Summary: Kites was great! Walk to surfing. Short drive into town for amenities. Loved the slats on the doors and windows to let in a breeze… Dogs in the neighbourhood bark at night and early in the morning… but we knew that before we arrived thanks to another review. Overall a great place to stay.

Summary: Tim’s property was nothing short of perfect! The house was spacious and cozy at the same time. Beach and bath towels were stocked for all my guests. Kitchen was fully stocked as well. Check-in and check-out time was totally flexible around my arrival and departure time. The location was so close to the town (Oistins fish fry and many more) so many beaches nearby! We rented a car and were able to go to so many cool places in Christ Church. Grocery store is nearby as well. (not walking distance but 5 minutes with car!) The pool was clean before and during our stay, beach chairs were also very convenient! I can’t say enough perfect things about our stay I highly recommend this property for anyone visiting Barbados! Very much worth the price as well. Private yet close to everything. Thank you Tim and Michael for making our trip hassle-free!
