This eclectic and timeless neighborhood is within walking distance to the Arts and Entertainment District, Historic Fort Lauderdale, the Riverfront, Downtown, and Las Olas Boulevard area. Most excitingly Fort Lauderdale beach is minutes away by bike, scooter, rollerblade, or car. Once you arrive to the home, you will find it is gated which gives our guests additional privacy.
