-3 bedrooms with direct access to the garden and the swimming pool on the lower floor.
The bright living room with designer furniture and tastefully decorated offers a large living area with Tv ( satellite channels and WiFi)and fully equipped kitchen and a guest toilet complete this floor.
The balcony,where you can take your meals ,will offer you a clear view of the nature and it is with happiness that you will admire the sunset.
The bedrooms have direct access to the garden and the swimming pool.
2 bedrooms with king size beds including a master suite and a third bedroom with a single bed ( possibility of 2 beds.)

Summary: We had a wonderful 12 night stay at this beautiful villa. Everything you need for a stay with the family. The children enjoyed the garden and beach toys ananof course the floats in rhe lovely pool. There is a spar supermarket down the street but it is very expensive. But there is a little shop next door to the spar that is cheaper but you will need to get a big shop from sa coma supermarket. The owner was very helpful and the check in was so easy. Having our morning coffee in rhe balcony looking at the hills was a real treat. Overall a beautiful property in a quiet area with a very helpful host..

Summary: Everything about this Villa lived up to the expectations we had for a family break. The accommodations was to a high standard and very clean with great facilities & mod-cons. The location was perfect, a short walk to beaches, shops and restaurants and easy access to locations further afield with a car. Paule was amazing to correspond with and no questions or request was too much effort. Thank you!!! We highly recommend this villa if you are travelling with children, it makes for an exceptional family retreat.

Summary: Just back from a wonderful holiday with the family at Paule's villa In Cala Mendia. The villa exceeded all expectations and had everything you needed for a relaxing stay. It was clean, cool and spacious and the kids loved the pool. The location to the 3 beaches was perfect and you could walk to all of them easily and only a ten min bus ride into porto cristo too with all the restaurants and another beach. Adam and Wendy were supberb and made the checking in process super easy. Thank you! Hopefully we'll be back next year

Summary: Clean and nice house with everything you need. Walking distance to the beach and small supermarket. Nice view from the balcony (sunset view). The pool is clean and refreshing. Very quick response from Paule, the owner, when we mailed some questions. We recommend this place and would love to come back some other time.
