Zudem hat die Wohnung ein hochwertig möbliertes Wohn-/Esszimmer mit voll ausgestatteter Küche, Diele und Hauswirtschaftsraum mit Waschmaschine. Beide Schlafzimmer sowie das Wohn-/Esszimmer sind mit Klimaanlage warm/kalt ausgestattet.

Die Penthouse-Wohnung befindet sich in einer neuen wunderschönen Apartmentanlage in mallorquinischem Stil mit einem gepflegten Gartenbereich und großem Swimmingpool in Porto Cristo/Cala Anguila an der Ostküste Mallorcas. In ca. 10 Minuten Fußweg erreichen Sie zwei wunderschöne Badebuchten, die Cala Anguila sowie die Cala Mandia. Beide Buchten sind mit dem flach abfallenden Sandstrand perfekt für Familien mit Kindern geeignet und bieten ein unbeschwertes Strandvergnügen. Liegen und Schirme können gegen Gebühr gemietet werden, außerdem gibt es Duschen und öffentliche Toiletten sowie jeweils ein kleines Restaurant direkt am Strand.
In unmittelbarer Umgebung der Cala Mandia finden Sie zudem weitere Restaurants und Bars, eine Bank, Friseur und kleinere Geschäfte. Brötchen, Baguettes und Lebensmittel gibt es in einem kleinen 'Tante-Emma-Laden' in unmittelbarer Nähe der Anlage (ca. 500 m).
Porto Cristo mit seinem idyllischen Yachthafen, kleinen Sandstrand, Restaurants, Bodegas, hübschen Geschäften sowie größeren Supermärkten für den Wocheneinkauf befindet sich in ca. 3 km Entfernung. Hier finden Sie auch die bekannten Drachenhöhlen 'Cuevas del Drach', die eine Besichtigung wert sind. Manacor, die drittgrößte Stadt Mallorcas, ist nur ca. 12 km entfernt, und ein Einkaufsbummel lohnt sich hier bestimmt.

Summary: We really recommend others to stay at this apartment close to Cala Anguila and Cala Mendia. Nice apartment with all necessary equipment, good airconditioning and a really nice terrace to enjoy your meals. Minor downside is that the apartment is facing a big road with trucks and busses passing throughout the day. Otherwise, we would definitely love to come back.

Summary: We wanted a quieter location on Mallorca, and the property met our needs. The nearby beach was easily accessible and quiet considering the late October stay. We appreciated Corinna's patience with our check in time as we needed to pick up the rental car, grocery shop and grab lunch. Communication with her was very easy. Our only 'local' dining was at Quince in Porto Cristo on our arrival night - highly recommend! We enjoyed the relaxing setting, top floor unit and wide patio-balcony. We had to abruptly change our Saturday plans for due to a cancelled boat excursion-- so we quickly opted to explore several sites in western and northwestern Mallorca. The excursions we ended up taking wouldn't have been as easily decided if not for the well planned 'local guide book' provided! Thank you for this! While it was written in German - Google translate helped. We've stayed at many Air B&B's/VRBO's and have never had such a well planned and thoughtful local guidebook. We also greatly appreciate the complimentary wine and beer provided - after exploring and arriving late back to the comfortable property, this was much appreciated.

Summary: we have a fabulous few days in the penthouse apartment. Clean, tidy and well equipped. Communication was easy, we were met on arrival with keys and Corinna gave us a great introdcution re keys etc. Location is ideal and the grounds & pool were perfect. Its on our list for a retunr visit. 10/10

Summary: The apartment was very nice! Good comfortable beds, plenty of space and a nice terrace/balcony to relax in the sun. Good proximity to the beach and not too far from other nice towns in the region. Internet speed was good as well for anyone who needs to work remotely.

Summary: The apartment is very nice and exactly as shown on the pictures. Everything you need is available for a relaxing holiday. The pool is really large and situated in a nice garden. The apartment is close (walking distance) to two beautiful beaches. Other beaches can be reached easily bar car. The owner responds very quick to e-mail. Furthermore the local host (Andreas) is very friendly and helpful. A real place to return to at a later stage.
