All Condos are 2 BR, 2 1/2 baths on golf course. Scenic mountain views. Private sleeping for 4. Near state parks, lakes, scenic drives, waterfalls, hiking & biking trails, quaint towns & MORE! Internet, DISH TV.
6 guests MAX. Pet friendly w/restrictions & pet fee applies. Pet fee due at check in. Cross-posting may affect condo availability.
You will have a beautiful view of the golf course and mountains. This is a great place for a “get-away-from-it-all” vacation, a Golfing Getaway with family or friends or hosting a wedding or family reunion! Condo limited to 6 guests MAXIMUM including children & infants.
All of our Townhome Style Condos are located on "The Rock" golf course. They are all 2 BR, 2 1/2 baths with linens provided for 6 persons. Both bedrooms are upstairs and there is a pull-out sleeper sofa on the main level. Master bedroom has one queen bed, and the guest bedroom has two twin beds. All condos have a deck to enjoy the Golf Course and Mountain views. All condos are equipped with all major appliances, automatic drip coffee makers, toaster/toaster oven, microwave and dishware for 6 persons. Large screen TV & DVD player in Living area and smaller TV in Master. They all have wood burning fireplaces and wood can be purchased at local stores in the area.
We are not a hotel so there is no daily cleaning service. However, we do provide your first pot of coffee and initial supply of dish detergent, dishwasher pods, paper towels, toilet paper, shampoo & conditioner, and trash bags. Grocery items for your stay are available at local in town stores.
We also have numerous state parks in our area. We provide a State Park Pass to use during your stay. Table Rock State Park offers seasonal swimming area for your enjoyment. You can also enjoy boating or swimming at Lake Jocassee and Lake Keowee just minutes from the resort. The Park Pass must be picked up during office hours at the Resort Office. We do not offer on-site Boat Parking at the Resort Office.
We have a limited number of DVD's, lawn & board games, card games and puzzles available for check-out at the Resort Office during your stay.
We must know in advance if you will arrive after 4 pm so we can arrange to have your key code package available at our check in box located at our office. Our office is located at 144 Sliding Rock Road, Pickens, SC 29671. If you want to use a State Park Pass during your stay that must be picked up at Resort Office
All of our condos have steps and are not handicap accessible.
Pets are permitted - separate pet cleaning fee applies ($25.00 per night for one dog, $35.00 per night for two dogs. Maximum $100.00 per week for one dog and $150.00 per week for two dogs). PET CLEANING FEE IS PAID SEPARATELY AT CHECK-IN. Pet Cleaning Fee is NON-REFUNDABLE. Breed restrictions and size limits apply.

Summary: I want to say that our 5 day vacation at The Rock Golf Course and Resort was terrific. The condo was spotless when we checked in with every thoughtful convenience you could ever want. We traveled with another couple for a week of golf and fun and couldn't have asked for a better place. The weather was perfect and we were able to play 27 holes a day on one of the most scenic courses we have ever played. It was very challenging but being true golf junkies we enjoyed the test of our ability. Everyone was friendly at checking and at the course. I cannot say enough good things about this vacation. Thank you so much for having us.

Summary: Just keep in mind the time of year and weather as I tell you about our stay: We were determined to cover as much of our agenda, no matter what. The property was very inviting and clean with our location overlooking the golf course. All the amenities were provided and we made a quick trip into Pickens to supply our food needs. Our forecast was cold rain each day ;but, we got a window of opportunity to get in 9 holes of golf and say we had the whole course to ourselves- what a thrill. We were given a state park pass which allowed us travel to all the surrounding locations. Luckily we had visited some sites about 10 years ago, since the fog was heavy at times to see some signature ones. We definitely made sure we went back to Stumphouse Tunnel and the lakes. Whether young or old you can find something to do and memories to make. This was Valentines weekend and we have a cherished one to look back upon after a special dinner at the Rock restaurant ,soaking in the Jacuzzi tub, and the cozy home away from home by the fire. We enjoyed our 3 day stay.

Summary: This condo is beautiful, very pretty location, & 5***** for housekeeping who had it clean as a pin. However, we did have a few issues that kept this place from getting 5 stars all around: 1)The check-in information indicates a free pass for the nearby state park. We needed that, as we chose this home for its proximity to Table Rock St. Park for a family wedding that weekend. However, at check in, we were told guests no longer got those passes -- only residents -- because their cost had increased. Even after our return, that offer was still on the listing by the resort. 2) I grew up on city water, but that water tasted like drinking out of a jug of bleach. Coincidentally, when we were checking out, someone was delivering some drinking water to a neighboring condo, & I overheard something about the well being treated. When that such event is scheduled, drinking water should automatically be provided to each client upon check-in. 3) The pillows in the master bedroom smelled like they really needed to be washed or replaced. I ended up folding a bath towel on mine to be able to get to sleep. Of course this NOT the fault of housekeeping, who did an impeccable job of cleaning the entire place, but is a step those responsible for maintaining its overall well-being should definitely keep a check on. I'm not saying I recommend not staying in this condo complex, but I would sure ask some very pointed questions before doing so again. (Note: we travel frequently & have stayed in rental homes through different agencies numerous times over the years. This is only the 2nd time I have had nothing but positive impressions of a property.)

Summary: This place was exactly what we needed 3 adults 1 teen and 2 small dogs , clean , spacious, comfy beds , the view is spectacular from one of the rooms , mountains fall colors ,you can see the river , fire place , ill definitely will be coming back Thank you
