Summary: We stayed here for 2 nights and 3 days in Oct 2024. The house is in a secluded spot with nice backyard and patio for kids to play. The rooms are big enough and comfortable for a group of 10 adults and 4-5 kids. I would definitely recommend this house. Suggestion: Bring in your own cleaning materials like antibacterial wipes and scrubber and soap for dishes otherwise everything else is available.

Summary: The house itself is very spacious and loaded with all the essentials that we need for cooking and cleaning. However the basement is a little damp and lots of bugs on the carpet and outside on the deck. Overall I do like the house it fits my family members but if anything I rather change is the house rule of how much we have do before checking out we have to strip down all the bed sheets then bring them to the washer and cleaning out the trash n have to bring them to the dumpster up at the driveway. If this is my house I wouldn’t mind doing it however we are on vacation plus you charged us for cleaning fees if we have to already done above why we are being charged for the cleaning fees. Thanks

Summary: The 6 of us have been together for over 35 years. We are always looking for a fun, inexpensive adventure together! This nicely renovated mountain house provided us with a chance to spend time together, sleeping comfortably in 6 different bedrooms with full baths on each floor and enjoying meals together! We were able to go out hiking, shopping and exploring the N. Woodstock/Lincoln area off season which were all in 15 minute drives! Our host, was very accommodating and easy to get a hold of.
