Positive: Nice quiet location. Beds, linens, kitchen items(pots and pans), washer and dryer, new fridge and coffee maker were all good. Plenty of TVs and the wifi worked well. Had a visit from a mama bear and her cub one morning surprising me when I walked out to the deck.
Negative: Screen windows could fit the windows so the bugs couldn't get in and we'd be able to leave the windows open for air circulation. It was a very hot week in NH, 90 degrees plus. And the porch could have been painted so the little ones could have spent time out there.
Summary: Overall a nice place. The hot weather made it uncomfortable to stay with no air circulation

Positive: We liked the privacy of the location. The house was a good size for our family. The ping pong table was fun. The yard was big enough and it was a dead end street. Dogs loved the yard. Deck was big. Washer dryer was very nice and convenient. Kitchen was stocked with dishes and utensils. Master bathroom was very nice.
Negative: The grill was old and rusty. Beds were a bit hard. Couldn't really open most windows. Screens didn't fit right and there were a lot of spiders. We caught six in the house first two days. House smelled musty and basement smelled like smoke. Really wanted to open windows since no a/c.
