Relax and refresh in this cozy cottage. Ages 25 and older groups only. This Beautiful 3000 sq. ft house was newly renovated in 2018 and includes a spacious outdoor yard and woodland to explore. New for 2021! A sunporch with spacious seating and large windows.
Local grocery stores are moderately stocked and plenty of places for take out. Some of our favorites are family owned places like Village Farm Mkt about 8 miles (in Ephrata) Stoltzfus Meats and Deli approx. 5 miles (In Intercourse Village) and Lapp Valley Farm Creamery approx 1 mile. Also located in Intercourse are coffee shops, craft shops, Kitchen Kettle Village and much more.
Relax on the patio with your family, or enjoy a campfire in the lighted grass area. (was formerly a tennis court, can be still be used as a volleyball court)

Step inside the front door to the fully stocked Kitchen, The kitchen comes equipped with stainless steel appliances, blender, mixer, a Keurig coffee maker, drip coffee maker (coffee pods supplied) for your use in addition to pots, pans, dishes, glasses and silverware. an 8 person dining table, and a breakfast nook. Off to the right is the door that leads to the newly renovated sunroom/livingroom. It has full windows and a glass sliding door that lead outside on the patio. Our family's favorite room:)
Back in the kitchen, up 8 steps you find the 3 bedrooms, with pleanty of drawer/closet space, a bathroom and the master suite, complete with beautiful walk in shower. Start off your morning with a cup of coffee on the balcony.
Leading down 8 steps from the kitchen, you find a pull out sofa (Extra linenes in the hall closet) & a foos ball table. A stocked Laundry room with a washer and dryer. Laundry detergent and dryer sheets are supplied. And a small bathroom with a shower.
You will also find a large livingroom with comfortable seating in front of the electric fireplace, and the TV. there's games and books for everyone to enjoy!
Hall closet is packed with blankets and extra linens available for your use.

You will have the entire house when you rent this property. There is a coded lock on the front door for easy access. The detached Garage is for the owners use only.

We are 2 1/2 miles from the town of New Holland where there are grocery stores, a community park, and restaurants. Just a short drive up the road is our store, Emma's Gourmet Popcorn, or out the other way, Lapp Valley Farms where you can buy delicious homemade ice cream, fresh milk and eggs, and homemade butter. If you visit during milking time you can watch the cows being milked. The town of Intercourse is 3 1/2 miles away with it's unique shops and dining.
Sight and Sound theater and Strasburg Railroad are 12.5 miles away.
Shady Maple Smorgasbord in Blue Ball, is about 10 minutes from the cottage.
