We are located one mile off route 23, in a country setting located right in the Amish/Mennonite community. We are just minutes from the towns of Bird-In-Hand, Intercourse and Strasburg.
We have a 1100 square foot air-conditioned basement apartment, with a private ground level entrance. A large lawn and swing set for the children to enjoy.
Refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, silverware and utensils.
A spacious dining room and living room with two deluxe queen sofa beds.
A bedroom with a queen size bed, and a pack and play available.
A bathroom with a 36x36 walk in shower.

Summary: Very quiet and fun for all our family, but no one mentioned that there are no televisions. Quite a surprise for our grand kids. Due to inclement weather, there was nothing else we could do but sit around and talk. Also the breakfast was what ever was in the room at the time unless you go shopping for the night and next morning.

Summary: Went to Sight & Sound theater and this was a nice location. Host had nice amenities available. Weather did not allow for us to utilize some of the available amenities. There were a few snacks available. Property is very homey and charming. Very happy with our stay.

Summary: Very nice B & B in a quiet part of town. This 1 bedroom 1 bath basement apartment was perfect for us. It was very clean and warm and cozy. It had plenty of room and everything we needed for a stress free get away.

Summary: Great place right outside of Lancaster. It’s a basement apartment. The hosts were extremely kind. Had lots of snacks and breakfast items for us. The back patio is just as nice as the pictures show. It is a very quiet area. We could even hear horse hoofs clipping down the road as Amish went by.
