The master features a huge walk-in closet, large bathroom featuring a large shower with double shower heads and and washing machine and dryer. Well-supplied kitchen including high-end gas appliances, dining table, and bar. The living area features a fireplace, leather couch, sitting chair and a 65-inch Samsung smart television. The sleeping loft features two twin beds accessible by a ladder. Wireless internet access is included. This cottage has lots of privacy with a 6-foot brick wall separating it from the main house. Summary: This was our 4th stay at Kiki's Cottage. As always the propery was clean and very comfortable for us and our two pups. Todd is a wonderful host, he is always friendly and accomadating. This place truly feels like home!

Summary: My wife and I stayed at this cottage for 4 nights during our daughter’s commencement from FSU. Absolutely loved all aspects of this stay. The hosts are thoughtful and kind, the property was clean, access was simple, and it is so easy to drive down to FSU campus or up to the restaurants in Bradfordville. Excellent communication. Summary: Todd greeted me with a bottle of wine upon check-in- excellent communication and Kiki’s Cottage is beautiful and cozy with a well stocked kitchen, spacious bedroom and bathroom, cute loft and wonderful porch for coffee and reading. I will definitely be back!
