Positive: Lawn was small and the kids wanted to go outside to play. But they did anyway 😀
Negative: Needs to repair the floor in the kitchen and in the one leading to the living room. In the master we didn’t have any garbage can but all the other ones did. There was one in the master bathroom but still would have been nice to have another in the bedroom. The drapes fell down twice and the second time hit my husband in the face. It’s fine shit happens.🤣
Summary: Pleasant and our family enjoyed being together in it.

Negative: Living room furniture was not comfortable, armrests on couch were caving in. Floor in kitchen was buckling, trip hazard. Shower in master did not drain well.

Positive: Loved the location and amenities available at the house (back porch lights, Firepit, bathroom stock, etc)
Negative: Felt like we needed more seating in the family room for being able to sleep 8 but we made it work.
Summary: Great location, nice neighborhood, stellar communication with hostess. Would definitely book again!
