This spacious and comfortable house features a pool, making it the perfect vacation spot for friends and family. The newly remodeled kitchen is a highlight, and the home is furnished with cozy sofas and beds, ensuring that everyone can relax and enjoy their stay in Miami. The house includes three bedrooms and two bathrooms, along with a living room, three desks with chairs, and ample greenery throughout. You will love the newly renovated kitchen, which includes seating on the island. We hope you enjoy your stay!

This is a large house. All the pictures you see in the house publication are exclusive to the house. We also have 2 studios on the right side of the house and 2 studios on the left side of the house. Each side has a private and independent entrance from the house. There are no shared spaces.
My other studios, which you see in my profile, have no pool or access to the pool of the main house.
Everyone has their own assigned parking space in the front of the house. Yours is the main space in front of the main door.

Summary: This is the second time I've enjoyed my vacation here in Miami, staying in this beautiful and comfortable home. It has everything you need to make your stay as enjoyable as possible. The pool is perfect for those hot days. The location of the home is one of its best features; everything is close by. I recommend this home 100%.

Summary: Our stay at this home was very pleasurable. The amenities inside and outside the house are very good. We especially liked the layout of the home as two of the bedrooms are on separate sides of the home and you don't disturb each other or share a bathroom. The master bedroom and a middle bedroom share a bathroom, but it is pretty large and didn't present any issues in sharing. The common area and kitchen look brand new and are an open floor plan which was also nice. The kitchen is well stocked with cooking utensils and dishes, all in very good condition. The kitchen has an indoor dining area and an island if you want to eat inside. The kitchen then leads out to a wonderful pool and patio area, which has a large table and seating area. The pool is a nice size for several people and was very refreshing. It also had a brand new charcoal grill which was nice and cooked well. The home is very nice for a family or several people, up to 5 or 6. It's in a very accessible location, not far from the Miami airport (but had no noise problems) and near the Univ. of Miami. We didn't go to the beaches but they are not far either. Overall this home was very nice and we enjoyed our stay there very much.

Summary: Perfect home base for our family’s trip to Miami and South Florida. Great location and great hosts! Beds were super comfortable and pool was amazing. Sad we didn’t get to use it more as we were out and about so much enjoying all that the city and region have to offer. Overall fantastic stay. Highly recommend.
