Beautiful studio decorated so you feel relaxed and home away from home! All you need to spend some time in beautiful Miami. Centrally located 4 blocks from famous Calle Ocho and the best of Miami. Just 5 minutes from Miami International Airport, 15 from South Beach and Coconut Grove.
The space
There is a private entrance separate from the main house. Enjoy a comfy king-size bed and a sofa bed that easily converts into a wide twin-size bed. Bath and fully equipped kitchen. Complimentary wireless Internet access. Smart TV for you to enjoy your own favorite subscriptions. We have no cable.
Guest access
The laundry is complimentary, it is outside of the studio by the other gate on the opposite side of your entrance.
There is a parking space in the driveway of the house for you marked with the large GREY planter.
There is no access to the main house pool.
Other things to note
This is a large house. We rent the main house that is in the middle. Then, on the sides of the house, with its independent entrances, we have 2 studios on each side of the house. There are no shared spaces. All the pictures you see in the studio publication are exclusive of the studio.
Note: Refundable Surgery Security deposit of $200 will be charged in advance and an additional cleaning and a cleaning fee for a 15-day stay or longer.

Summary: Property was very clean and in a nice neighborhood. We had a very late check at 1130 PM and didn’t receive check in instructions until shortly before after I messaged the owners. Good news is that they were very quick to reply and we had no other issues. Instructions were very clear. Would recommend to anyone.

Summary: Everything was good ,except that I was charged twice for the cleaningFirst 75 I paid online when I booked the apartment, and then the owner contacted me for the payment another 75 directly by Zelle from my account to his private accountAs it was too late for me to find another accommodation and I already paid a deposit I send the money but feel that I was taken advantage
