Summary: Staying at this property in Southampton was an absolute pleasure. The home was impeccably clean, thoughtfully uncluttered, and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. We thoroughly enjoyed the warm, welcoming pool, outdoor dinners, and cozy movie nights. Its proximity to town made a night out incredibly easy. The bedrooms were spotless, the kitchen was fully equipped, and the bathrooms were clean. Working from home was a breeze, and the quiet neighborhood made for peaceful morning runs, complete with stunning water views. The owners were fantastic communicators, always checking in to ensure everything was perfect. We loved our time here and are already marking our calendars for next year!

Summary: Everything you could ever need was at your fingertips. The location is so convenient to all the places you want to visit. The pool looked so inviting but hurricane Ophelia managed to get in the way . The bedrooms are well furnished and the beds are so comfortable. Our overall stay was just great and John/ Kaitlin are so attentive to your needs .. I highly recommend staying here

Summary: We had a lovely time at John’s house. The house was clean and comfortable and had everything we needed including indoor and outdoor toys for our boys. Whenever we had questions or any pool issues (how to manage the filter or heater for us nyc folk) John was there to assist us immediately. We would definitely stay here again.

Summary: John and Kaitlyn’s house was absolutely perfect for our family vacation! The house had everything we needed for an afternoon by the pool, a day at the beach or sunset at the bay. Our son adored all of the toys available in the house and had so much fun exploring the park and library in town. The house was cozy, beautifully decorated and John was always available for any questions. We can’t wait to come back!

Summary: Me, my husband, and my two young kids stayed here for the month of July. The house was perfect for our family. The house was very clean and nicely decorated- felt very open and airy. The house was a great size, including a very large master bedroom! The backyard was great with a large deck, great grill, and a fantastic pool. The house was located on a very quiet street with friendly neighbors. The house was perfect for you kids- tons of kids amenities (crib, play mat, high chair, etc) and my son was obsessed with all of the toys. John and Kaitlin were super accessible and accommodating and were the perfect hosts. Overall we had a wonderful month at this house and it is a perfect for any young family.

Summary: We had the best time during our stay at the start of the summer this year. The house is nicely decorated, updated, private and centrally located. Perfect indoor/outdoor living with a stunning yard, deck and pool. Awesome communication with John throughout the check-in process and throughout our stay.

Summary: My mom and I stayed at this property for about a week and loved every minute of it. It was close to the beach and shopping. The neighborhood was also very quiet and relaxing. My mom enjoyed her morning coffee everyday on the back deck. Kaitlyn and John had everything in the house we need for a great stay. The kitchen had every size pot or pan you could need if you decided to cook. The beds were very comfortable. We did not have any children on our trip but there were also plenty of things in the house for the kids. The house was incredibly clean and well maintained. Communication with Kaitlyn and John during booking and after we arrived was always easy and seamless. They answered all of our questions. We would absolutely stay here again!

Summary: We truly enjoyed our stay at the Lauterio family beach home! Kaitlyn and John were exceptional hosts who were available for questions and feed-back throughout our stay. We found plenty of space in four clean, cozy and bright bedrooms for our family of five. Everything from towels/linens, kitchen set up to laundry supplies and internet was all readily available, which made it easy to settle in quickly and enjoy this beautiful home in a beautiful neighborhood, close to the bay and beaches from day one and to the fullest!
