This Board and Batten Napa Farmhouse sits on 2/3 of landscaped acreage to be completed by May 31st of 2020. This is the sister property to our 5 star VRBO listing #934646, just down the road. It is just 2 miles to the heart of Southampton Village and is surrounded by some of the most prestigious golf courses in the country, including Shinnecock Hills, Sebonac and National Golf Links. It is a short bike ride to the bay (we provide 4 bikes) and about 3.5 miles to the Ocean. With over 5000 sq ft of living space, this home is designed for 2 families to share or for extended family gatherings. Featuring 3 en suite Masters and 2 more bedrooms with 5 XL twins combined (with a shared hall bath with tub), there is space for the whole family ! In all, we have 5 bedrooms, 4 full baths and 2 half baths.
Our gourmet kitchen features Thermador appliances, custom cabinetry and an
8' island with seating for four. The open kitchen/great room features a wood burning fireplace, TV and beautiful custom furnishings, all opening out to an expansive covered porch with mahogany flooring. A teak table for 10 and a lounge area with a wall mounted TV all overlook the fenced in pool and gated backyard. A BBQ is piped for gas and is just off the back porch.
Our finished basement has fabulous entertaining space with a large wall mounted TV and a half bath. There is an 8 foot pool table and movie themed framed art throughout. Our 2nd story includes an additional kids' rec room with TV and lounge area, perfect for watching movies.
The dining room features a custom 13 foot table with seating for 14 and a butlers pantry with bar and beverage center that connects the dining room to
the kitchen.There is a huge pantry off the kitchen for food and entertaining essentials...nothing has been left out here! This is a perfect home for entertaining on a grand scale or just with family and friends!
This property was fully installed in May with landscaping and pool to be completed by early June.

Summary: We had an incredible visit with 10 family members, and the house was perfect in every way. The home was well-stocked, and the detailed information provided made it easy to navigate both the house and the surrounding area. Lori, the owner, was exceptionally responsive whenever we had any questions, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The online photos truly don't do this home justice—the layout was spacious and comfortable, and it never felt crowded despite our large group. With two sets of washers and dryers and plenty of supplies, it made everything so convenient. The location is unbeatable, on a quiet street with easy access to everything. We even enjoyed a peaceful backyard view with deer sightings in the open field behind the house. Highly recommend this home for anyone looking for a relaxing and comfortable getaway!

Summary: This was one of the most well-stocked and nicest vacation rentals we’ve had! Communication with Lori was great. We spent a lot of time on the back patio. It was too cold to use the pool this trip, but it was beautiful. Thanks for sharing your beautiful home with us!

Summary: My wife (+kids) and I just hosted my in laws from AZ for thanksgiving. We absolutely LOVED this house. Tons of space and beautiful design. Open kitchen with a huge island off the living room. 14 foot dining/farmers table. This house is perfect for hosting a holiday or dinner party. Super stylish with a Ralph Lauren feel to it. Also great yard and amazing views. Can’t wait to go back!

Summary: Amazing house!! Lori was the most welcoming and accomodating host. The house was fully stocked with everything you can think of. It was spotless inside and outside. The decor was gorgeous. The pool was brand new, clean and heated. The views are beautiful. We enjoyed the firepit during our cool nights. We played basketball. We had 14 people at some points during our stay and we all slept comfortably. Our kids ages ranged from 2-22. They never wanted to leave! The house was so spacious and the rooms are spread out so nicely. The basement had a pool table and a movie theater feel. The house was centrally located to shops, restaurants and beaches. We can't wait to go back!!!

Summary: What a great house! There were nine girls for our trip and we had the absolute best time. The house was fully stocked with anything you could have needed. The outdoor area was so beautiful with the pool and the outdoor seating area and we were very luck to have great weather. It was very centrally located to local vineyards the beach and plenty of restaurants, although we actually rarely left. I would definitely rent this place again.

Summary: This was first trip to the Hamptons and I throughly enjoyed myself! Lori gave invaluable recommendations on how to travel to the Hamptons, things to do in the area and was a great resource months before I was scheduled to arrive. Once at the property, I never wanted to leave! Everything was perfect from the check in process to checking out. The home is beautifully decorated and was designed with relaxation and entertainment in mind. This house is perfect for a family getaway, couples getaway or a girls trip! Lori thought of the big and small things (soap, pantry staples, etc) that may the stay incredible. I will return often!
