Welcome to The One and Only, a unique 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom luxury waterfront home with a game area, 2 spacious balconies, a large sun deck, and a boat lift making this home a boaters paradise! This home is the perfect place to sit back and enjoy the view of the bay or walk to the gulf side beaches. The One and Only is the perfect place for your next family getaway or multi-family vacation that can accommodate up to 13 guests.

About The One and Only
The One and Only is a beautiful newly renovated home tastefully decorated with elegance and style. On the main level of the home, guests will find the fully equipped kitchen, dining area, 2 sitting areas, and the master bedroom. There is a sleeper sofa in the living area equipped to sleep 2. The master bedroom has a king bed to sleep 2 and an ensuite bathroom equipped with a double vanity, shower, and soaking tub.
The second level of the home features a game area with a dart board, board games, a bar area, a futon to sleep 2, and a daybed to sleep 1. Bedrooms #2 and #3 are located on the second level. Bedroom #2 has a king bed to sleep 2 and an ensuite bath. Bedroom #3 has 2 full beds to sleep 4 and an attached bath. Bedrooms #2 and #3 each have balcony access.
There is a spiral staircase leading to a ladder that will take you to a hatch style door where guests may access the crows nest at the top of the home.

Underneath the home there is a picnic table and a propane grill.

There are several historic forts like Fort McRee, Fort Barrancas and Fort Pickens to explore. And plenty of state parks for hiking and biking, starting with Big Lagoon State Park and Perdido Key State Park.
If you don’t feel like cooking, (and who can blame you, you’re on vacation), the Crab Trap, the Shrimp Basket, and Lillian’s Pan Pizza are all worth a try. And no visit to the Gulf Coast would be complete without a trip to the world-famous Flora-Bama Lounge with its bushwhackers, oysters and live music! Summary: Pre-arrival I had to call as the wrong pet information was sent saying no pets allowed. Arrival I had to call (multiple times) because the access code didn’t work. Counters in upstairs bar area were dirty and there was trash in two bathroom trash cans. Someone finally showed up about the lock. Next day no one had come or called to check the lock until I called again. Same day I noticed an upstairs bedroom didn’t have a smoke detector. I had to call three times. Checked in Thursday. Smoke detector installed in minutes on Sunday. Safety issue. Friday night the gas grill ran out of propane. Called Saturday only to hear only the grill is an amenity and doesn’t include propane. There was nothing in the information provided saying to bring propane. Unusual comparative to other Vrbo properties. Dogs are allowed by paying patrons and ours was listed and paid in advance. I received a text a week or so after our trip asking if I had a dog there and then a phone conversation. I was charged an extra fee for “excessive hair”. I requested photos and was told I would receive them. Another week later & I’ve yet to receive photos or a refund. This property does not have proper outdoor space for a dog to do its business, no grass, & has thorns. Neighboring dumpsters are an eyesore & smell. Nice & has great access to the beach down the street & across a busy road. It’s too bad the property management doesn’t take safety seriously & the billing department doesn’t follow up professionally.

Summary: This house is great for family that enjoy fishing! The house itself is in great condition no complaints at all. Beds are comfortable and good pillows. We used the balcony’s more than any room in the house they are fantastic. Only other thing I feel I need to mention is bring your beach chairs!!! If they where available with the unit I didn’t see them and there is no beach chair service on the beach near the house!!

Summary: The property was perfect for our family if teens, grandparents and our non shedding dogs! There was plenty of room, sleeping spaces and we really enjoyed the loft area with games! The kitchen was well stocked! No complaints at all. The master bed is really high and you just need to remember that in the middle of the night. 😵
