Summary: We loved the location right on hat creek. We were there in the heat of summer and were very disappointed to find that the advertised air conditioning did not work properly. When we arrived at the house it was sweltering inside. We couldn’t get the AC to turn on at all. We were able to get ahold of the owner who suggested we reset the breaker at the outside electrical box. That did the trick. Except that every hour the AC turned off and in order to turn it back on we had to go outside to the box. Every. Hour. Which meant in the middle of the night we had no AC and after returning from a day of exploring we had no AC. It was absolutely ridiculous. There is also only one small unit in the living room for the entire place, so the upstairs bedroom and loft area never cool down. Very disappointing.

Summary: My family and I had a great/comfortable stay, this location is near all the fishing spots we used to go to when I was younger so it’s perfect for us! Will definitely be coming back for our next trip!!
