2 Bedroom Villa in Ratzakli

Villa Anatoli is a detached 2 bed villa with a private pool and glorious panoramic sea views over to Zante and mainland Greece. Our Villa has been fully furnished and decorated to a high standard throughout. The villa is situated in the village of Ratzakli which is situated between both the popular resorts of Skala and Katelios, Skala being a 10 minute drive and Katelios slightly less. The villa has outstanding sea views as it overlooks both Mounda and Kaminia beaches, which are only a two minute drive. It also has spectacular views of the hillside to the left hand side of the villa. There is also within a short stroll from the Villa Taverna Avli where great food is served. Our nightly rate also includes TOURIST TAX, which for 2025 is rising to 15 euros a night for all Villas.
Hall:
The front door opens into the entrance hall which is semi open plan, leading onto both the Living Room and spacious Kitchen/Diner. A marble staircase leads to both first floor bedrooms and ensuite facilities.
Kitchen/Diner:
The kitchen area is well appointed with an electric cooker and an American fridge freezer, complete with Ice maker! you will also find a toaster, Kettle & coffee machine. The Dining area comprises of a circular dining table which seats 4 persons. French doors lead from the kitchen to a terrace with sea view.
Downstairs shower room:
Off the kitchen you will find the downstairs toilet & shower room, equipped with washing machine.
Store Room:
There is a Store Room adjacent to marble staircase which houses the cleaning equipment, Iron and ironing board.
Living Room:
Fully air conditioned, with dual aspect to both front and rear. Furnished with a plush corner sofa & coffee table, TV and wireless internet router. Off the Living Room french doors lead to another covered terrace for those seeking additional shade! Sit on the comfortable rattan sofa & chairs and take in the sea and hillside views! The private pool can be accessed from this terrace also.
Bedroom 1(Master Bedroom):
Fully air conditioned. Fitted with king size bed and matching bedside cabinets. There's ample storage having fully fitted, full height wardrobes and drawers, along one wall. Very spacious en-suite bathroom with bath and shower over. Dual aspect having french doors which lead onto a large private terrace also furnished with a rattan sofa, 2 x chairs and coffee table. A great place to sit with an early morning coffee and take in that all important view!
Bed 2:
Fully air conditioned. Fitted with twin beds (can be pulled together to make a queen sized bed if 2 couples are sharing). One wall having full height fitted wardrobes and drawers. En suite with bath and shower over. French doors lead to a balcony with wooden side table and 2 directors chairs, amazing sea views.
Outside:
White metal railings and gates surround the front of the property, there is a driveway where a car can be parked, off road. Steps then lead up direct to the villa. There is a stoned garden area to the front of the villa and two tiered boarders to the rear. The pool is situated to the right hand side of the villa with sea views direct from the pool and surrounding terraces. 4 x rattan sunbeds complete with side tables and parasols compliment the pool area. An outdoor table and chairs are also situated around the pool area for alfresco dining again with that all important sea view!
Please note all bed linen, towels and poolside/beach towels are also provided.
Currently there is no provision for small children who may require a cot, however please notify us and we shall look to accommodate this upon request. Please ensure children enter and exit the poolside via the steps provided and must be supervised at all times. No smoking please within the Villa itself, however smoking outside is permitted.

Summary: If only all villa owners were like Rob&Rachel. The villa is immaculate and they have tried to anticipate clients every need. The villa is fitted out with quality equipment and the couple that service it every few days are a credit to themselves and the owners. The pool is seviced three times a week and is in 1st class condition. While we would like to return the fact that two of our party are not as good on our legs the stairs will prevent us. But we managed and all four of our party have enjoyed our stay and are in agreement that this is by far the nicest villa that we have stayed in in our many years of holidaying in the Greek islands.

Summary: A really lovely villa with everything you possibly need for a relaxing stay. A little out of the way, but a short walk to the local taverna, which was equally lovely and a very short drive into Skala. The pool was a huge hit with kids and we struggled to get them out of it! Would definitely recommend.

Summary: We had an amazing week here in early August. The villa is so well equipped and in a beautiful location. We loved getting out and exploring the area, but equally we were happy relaxing by the stunning pool and strolling down to the local taverna (which had some of the most authentic food we ate on the island).The villa is managed impeccably and the welcome basket of a huge array of food/drinks and a souvenir was a lovely surprise. Rob & Rachel were more than happy to answer questions before we arrived and always responded quickly. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend the villa and were very sad to leave!

Summary: Fabulous villa, spotlessly clean, everything provided - like a home from home. A bonus being provided with pool towels which take up so much luggage space. Perfect location, near to amenities but very peaceful. Thank you for sharing your lovely villa ☺️

Summary: Absolutely loved the villa, to be honest the photos don’t do it justice the views are incredible. Great location but we did hire a car which I would recommend. Villa is very well looked after and feels really homely. Would definitely return as couldn’t fault the villa or kefalonia

Summary: Attention to detail is first class at Villa Anatoli. From the moment you step inside, so clean and decorated to a very high standard. You open the shutters and the views blow you away. We received a fabulous welcome pack, so unexpected. Ann, Dave and Steve run a tight ship when it comes to keeping the villa and pool clean, thank you. The other things to mention is that the linens and towels are of a super high grade, beds are comfy and the kitchen is really well equipped. Thank you to Rob and Rachel for an absolutely wonderful experience, you have set the bar high for other VRBO owners. We are gutted that we are unable to book for next year as someone has already piped us to the post. If you view this property, we highly recommend that you get in quick. L & J Cowdery

Summary: Another wonderful holiday to Kefalonia. The villa was super, lots of outdoor space and just perfect for a family of four. Cleanliness was exceptional too. Would highly recommend!

Summary: Lovely villa. So well equipped , lovely taverna at the bottom of the road within walking distance. Taxi or drive into Skala easy option. Very peaceful and quite location but within easy reach of more lovely locations. Plenty of amazing beaches very close. Great hosts lots of information given

Summary: Our holiday experience at Villa Anatoli was simply fantastic. It was spotless on arrival and was serviced twice during our 10 night stay, inclusive of clean sheets and fresh towels. The pool area and the pool itself were immaculate and again was serviced four times during our stay. On arrival we were treated to a welcome basket and essentials such as bread, milk, wine etc had been provided, which was a lovely touch. The Villa was beautifully decorated and finished to a high standard. The booking process was easy and the communication from the owners was faultless throughout, they even provided an information pack which highlighted the best beaches, restaurants etc The Villa was situated in a perfect location to discover nearby Skala, Katelios & Poros. We can't recommend this Villa highly enough.

Summary: The Villa was perfect for our stay as a family of 4 (children aged 8 and 10). The Villa and pool was spotlessly clean (thanks to Ann & Dave and Iain!) and the air conditioning meant we all slept well! The location was perfect for us. We had a car for the full 2 weeks and used this everyday to explore. We visited Argostoli to see the turtles and frequently went into Skala and Katelious. Our favourite beach was our local one (kaminia) as much quieter and unspoilt compared to Skala. The highlight of our trip was hiring our own boat for the day from Skala to travel to some beaches further up the coast (as far as Antisamos) We found so many little coves and beaches…absolute paradise! Favourite places to eat were Avli, a lovely family run taverna within walking distance of the villa, and Anemos and Tartarooga, both a short drive at the local beach! All agreed this was the best holiday we’ve ever had! Very much hope to rebook in future! Thank you!
