Positive: Very clean, new villa, nice view, easy to park, but overall not what we expected, especially at this price, in our trip in kefalonia we had another stays much much better.
Negative: On the facilities list there was written hot tube. The "hot tube" is not heated, it is a COLD tube. When I asked the owner about this, he told me that the villa has a jacuzzi and not a hot tube. Show him the picture in the booking and he told me it wasn't him who wrote that there. Anyways, I never met a cold jacuzzi before, but the owner was talking to me like I was the crazy one... ok... Booked this villa for the "jacuzzi" and used it for 5 6 minutes because the water was too cold to stay in it. Another thing that I think is not acceptable in Greece in AUGUST is that the A/C is working just when you are at home. When you leave, if you want to lock the door, everything shuts down. If you come back from beach in the afternoon, good luck with that. Dont recommend at all.

She had thoughtfully prepared a generous welcome — a beautiful fruit basket, two bottles of wine, and delicious chocolates — a gesture that set the tone for our stay. Her attentiveness and genuine care made her the ultimate host. The villa itself was perfectly located near stunning beaches and boasted breathtaking views, making it the ideal retreat for relaxation and exploration alike.
Negative: The only downside was that we eventually had to say goodbye to this little slice of paradise.

Positive: Loved it all! What an amazing experience. The host was not only extremely hospitable, they went above and beyond to ensure we had the best time possible. Their recommendations were spot on! They sent us to the neighboring town of Skala where we officially fell in love with this island. The beach, town, and people were all very friendly and accommodating, especially to foreign visitors. 20/10 for this luxurious, cozy home away from home. Thank you Emilia for your wonderful hospitality!

Positive: absolutely stunning property! the views!!! Very clean, well maintained. Nothing was too much trouble. A nice walk to the beach and beach bars plus a gorgeous restaurant called Avli about a 10 min walk. We hired a car and did some travelling and loaned out some paddleboards from Pegalos bay hotel- they have an amazing Cove! Kefalonia is stunning and this villa and its owners made the stay much better!

Positive: A slice of paradise . A luxurious , stylish , modern villa with amazing views in a peaceful ideal location . The owners have thought of everything and the design and stylish layout of the villa make for a very comfortable and welcoming stay. The pool and the amazing views are perfect for a swim or glass of wine at sunset . Owners Emily , Nikos and the lovely Anna were always available and nothing was too much trouble . We will be back next time in Kefalonia .

Positive: Wonderful location – we loved the sea view! The whole area is very quiet and peaceful. It felt truly special to sit outside in the evening with a glass of wine. The accommodation was super clean, with a very comfortable bed and everything we needed. We enjoyed every second of our stay.
