Summary: The annexe was beautifully clean - carpet in the main area rather than the hard flooring that many properties have these days - (although I understand why as it's probably easier to clean than carpet) however, that made it very cosy & so warm. Everything was lovely, I can't think of anything that was missing, the attention to detail was 1st class. Jean, George & not forgetting Buddy -were lovely hosts, available if you needed anything but not intrusive. If I'm up that way again for any reason, I'd love to visit again

Summary: The Annex is spotless and has everything you could want. Jean and George were very helpful and made us feel extremely welcome. The location is great for exploring York and its surrounds. The garden is beautiful and peaceful to sit in. We will definitely stay here again when we next visit the area.

Summary: Warm and pleasant annexe, very clean and welcoming. It's very handy for the East side of York, easy to get into the town and handy for a trip to Brid and Scarborough.

Summary: Second visit to the Annexe and once again, everything was perfect. Incredibly clean, everything you need is supplied, direct access to the garden. Jean is on hand if you need anything. The annexe is very close to York and the park and ride is superb. We visited the Christmas market which was really good. Thank you Jean, George & the lovely Meg 🐶 for a lovely relaxing stay despite the weather! We will definitely return.
