Unique Board and Batten Cottage that will take you back to the days of Old Cocoanut Grove. The property is enclosed with a six foot stone wall to ensure your privacy. A keystone patio with palms and flowers complete your tropical paradise. Our tree lined streets make for a short walk into the Grove for restaurants, shoppes, art galleries, and parks on the Bay. The peacocks often come to visit, and when the smell of jasmine fills the air, the setting is complete.
Rent a couple of bikes, and enjoy the bike path that runs north and south along the bay. Beaches lie to the north, the closest being Key Biscayne. To the south is beautiful Matheson Hammock Park, with swimming area and marina. Next to that is Fairchild Tropical Gardens, a world-class botanical garden. There are nice day trips to the Everglades if you have a car. The Keys are an hour away, with Key West 150 miles. Disney is 3 to 4 hours to the north. University of Miami parents love the location for visits. This is a quiet area of the Grove, providing a picturesque location to relax after a fun-filled day.

Summary: The Cottage was well-supplied with anything you would need. Michele supplied fruit, coffee, paper products, and other things not normally available in a rental property. We enjoyed our visit.

Summary: This bungalow was a perfect spot!! Love Coconut Gtive. Michele and Josh were friendly and responsive. They helped when I locked myself out twice, helped with packages, anything / they were super quick to respond. It was truly the perfect place for me as I transitioned from moving from PA to Florida. I loved bro g able to walk to restaurants, yoga and shopping. Bicycled also all around. Great location!

Summary: Michelle is an excellent host, always available by text and more than responsive she is proactive. When we got to the cottage, there was a week's worth of coffee and creamer in the refrigerator as well as fresh croissants. The kitchen is well stocked with oils and spices, so preparing meals in the unit was easy and tasty. The neighborhood feels like a botanical garden and is an easy 15-20 minute walk to downtown Coconut Grove. Overall, you have a beautiful neighborhood to enjoy and you can go to all the major attractions around MIami with short drives. We would definitely stay there again. Thank you Michelle!

Summary: It was the PERFECT get-away and just what we needed....like having your own little piece of Paradise to come "home" to after a busy day exploring all the great things in the area! It the the perfect location, easily walking distance to great restaurants and shops downtown Coconut Grove and the walk along the way, the tropical landscape, is beautiful. The Cottage was quaint and clean and had everything we needed. So much to do within a short distance! Michelle and Josh were GREAT hosts and so helpful on sharing places to go and nearby attractions (and WE LOVED seeing the peacocks roaming the streets and roosting in the trees...they were so cool) It was a great place to stay and we would return in a heartbeat. Thank you!
