Positive: Free parking right in front of house. Quiet neighborhood. Saturday farmer's market and coffe shop in morning! Cvs nearby. Amenities of beach umbrella, beach toys, are great. Washer and dryer!
Negative: Little TLC and bring your own shampoo and conditioner, then you will be good! Love the privacy, nothing to complain about.

Positive: Breakfast wasn't included. However, there is a kitchen. We brought some things from home and bought additional food from the local Aldi and Whole Foods. We made our own breakfasts.
Negative: We saw a washer/dryer in the pictures, but there wasn't any washer/dryer. The back door was also locked or stuck. If there were an emergency, we wouldn't be able to get out.
Summary: It was perfect for a week stay, giving each person space to relax. Very quiet street
