Welcome to this beautiful spacious detached contemporary villa with architecture built overlooking the rich nature and two national monuments of Boerderij de Blauwe kei with a Flemish barn in a green oasis. Spacious garden, great comfort and near the historic center of the burgundian city of Breda, 7 minutes by bike. A lot of privacy, lots of space in the middle of nature on the outskirts of the city.
Discover the benefits of the tranquility of the location nature and the house next to the dynamics of the city center of Breda. The ‘Mastbos’ a forest on cycling distance, many hiking trails, even to Belgium.
There is a large living room with open kitchen fully equipped and three bedrooms with bathroom and toilet and a spacious garden of 1840 m2 with several terraces at your disposal. Summary: Due to the long COVID-19 lockdown, we were in need of safe and yet spacious place to unwind ourselves in a different city / region after long confinement of 'work-and-live-from-home' phase. Ben's house was perfect. It was modern, chic yet it has beautiful garden with accentuated hills which will make you feel like you are surrounded in the nature. The lady who greeted us and managed the operation on behalf of the family was very friendly and was wearing a mask and gloves when greeted us. That made us feel very secure and safe. Whilst she was also on standby for any possible questions, the owner Ben was also checking in with us regularly to see if we have everything needed. We were very impressed with complimentary bottle of champagne when we entered into the house. Overall I was very happy with the choice and the house was also located in a perfect location where it's at the vicinity of Breda city centre but also in between Limburg and Zeeland so you can travel and wander around Zuid Holland, travelling to remote and beautiful places avoiding the crowd altogether.

Summary: Everything was perfect in the location. The house is perfect, Inside you have everything you can need . Only thing I didn’t like is the fact to not have dark curtains, I like to sleep in the dark and not be awake by the sun early morning.

Summary: + Nice spacious villa. Everything available in the house and kitchen. Bicycles Very friendly owners - just one toilet is sometimes inconvenient for a family of 5 We didnt like the mattras in the biggest bedroom

Summary: Thank you very much to our hosts, who gave us a very warm welcome in their beautiful house. We had a very good time in this location with lots of amenities (and the one or the other gadget), a very spacious garden with lawn, hedges, herbs, fruit, and more, a big terrace, and ample opportunities to sit outside as well as inside the house. Everything was exceedingly well organized in advance. We have enjoyed every single minute, and can only recommend this beautiful and very comfortable house.

Summary: It's a real treat to stay in a house this beautiful. It is filled with with art pieces (many by the owners), treasures everywhere you look. We were with six and the house was roomy enough that we all could be doing our own thing and then meet up again at the dining room table or in the garden or on the couches, We had a 12 year old with us and two late teens. They would just sprawl on the couches doing their thing, reading, writing, watching. The garden is beautiful as well, quite large for a place in the city and from the back you are looking out at a monumental old farm, another beautiful thing to look at. I can definitely recommend. we are hoping we can come back some time when we are staying in Breda. Thanks Ben and family. We can only hope we left as much good energy as we got from your house.
